I had a terrible experience. I checked in and I went to my room and there was somebody in there and they screamed at me. There was food everywhere clearly they have been there for quite some time. I was staying in a hotel to hide from my abusive partner, and that was the last thing I needed. I went to my truck. And I couldn’t bring myself to go back in there. I tried to contact the third-party which I booked with and they didn’t help me and the hotel never responded to my emails, phone calls or message. I didn’t even end up staying there and I wasted over $200 on nothing.

they cancelled my visit after i drove 2 hours. then refused to let me speak to a manager. when i asked for the lady's name she hung up on me. this was the worst customer service i've ever received. the lobby was dirty as well. i don't recommend this stay to anyone. my boyfriend planned to propose and decorate the room they ruined my valentine's day
