The first room was filthy and the paint was chipped and peeling off the wall. The second room they put me in was dirty, still had dirty wash cloths hanging in the bathroom. The tub was not cleaned. Also saw roaches.

The room had roaches, the towels were DIRTY, the faucet dripped all night. We got an extended check out for noon, hotel staff knocked on our door at 11:05, 11:15, 11:22, 11:36 and 11:47 they were told EVERY TIME THAT WE HAD AN EXTRA HOUR.

Bad

The guy at the check in kiosk was noce and helpful. But the room was nasty it wasnt cleaned. Bug on the floor. The sheets were stained. The microwave smelled absolutly horrid and the fridge had leftover milk in it. They only provide 2 towels. Breakfast was ok had to wait in line for their one waffle maker so ppl got really irritated and troed skipping ppl.

Two stars 🌟

Not very satisfied with my stay. While the bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The room smelled heavily of smoke, which was really unpleasant. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator was filthy, and there were not enough towels provided. Definitely expected better.

the staff was great! Long moment to check in! Food was unappealing and not in abundance! Not worth the breakfast! Room was cleanish, a little smelly! Bedding very clean, comfy, and slept well! and as a solo I felt safe, clerk made sure i got a safe room! TY it was worth the price! Less than 15 minutes to Capital building and downtown

Mixed pluses and limitations

Adequate parking and a straight route into the city. The room had adequate space and comfortable beds. However, check-in and check-out were processed by a ‘remote’ employee, and a $100 deposit was demanded immediately but not RETURNED immediately on checkout. ‘Included breakfast’ ran out of certain staples.

Would not recommend

Checking in was by video. There was no inperson contact. Reserved 2 rooms. One room smelled horribly of marijuana. The second room had an odor to it. Employee also smelled like marijuana. The room I stayed in, when you first walk it looked clean and somewhat updated. However the floors were dirty. The bathroom sink leaked constantly, the bathroom outlet didn't work and looked as if it had been on fire. When I finally used bathroom that evening the light kept flickering then went out while I was using the shower. The tub would not drain and was filled while showering. There were small holes in the wall, the floors were filthy, the walls were filthy and it looked like dried poop or something on the wall. The second room was also reported as being very dirty in the bathroom area as well. I would not recommend this place at all. I did report this the following morning during check out and how displeased I was. There is also a 100.00 deposit per room which is the most I have every paid even at higher priced lodging.

No excuse for a “budget hotel”

As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in a variety of accommodations, from hostels and capsule hotels to budget and luxury hotels. I understand that this is a budget hotel; however, it fell short of basic expectations. My room had a musty odor and could have been cleaner. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. The WiFi didn’t work the first night—I called the front desk, was placed on hold, and had to hang up after 10 minutes. The second night, I had to call multiple times before someone answered. I was simply requesting toilet paper, which I was told would be delivered in a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and calling again, I was finally told to retrieve it from the front desk. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but this stay was disappointing.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The only complaint I really have is that I was told upon checkin that housekeeping had to come in every 3 days, but they never came in unless we went to ask. They only leave two towels and two washcloths for 2 people in the room. If they are only going to come in every 3 days, then give me 3 days worth of towels for 2 people.
