The first room was filthy and the paint was chipped and peeling off the wall. The second room they put me in was dirty, still had dirty wash cloths hanging in the bathroom. The tub was not cleaned. Also saw roaches.

The room had roaches, the towels were DIRTY, the faucet dripped all night. We got an extended check out for noon, hotel staff knocked on our door at 11:05, 11:15, 11:22, 11:36 and 11:47 they were told EVERY TIME THAT WE HAD AN EXTRA HOUR.

Bad

The guy at the check in kiosk was noce and helpful. But the room was nasty it wasnt cleaned. Bug on the floor. The sheets were stained. The microwave smelled absolutly horrid and the fridge had leftover milk in it. They only provide 2 towels. Breakfast was ok had to wait in line for their one waffle maker so ppl got really irritated and troed skipping ppl.

Two stars 🌟

Not very satisfied with my stay. While the bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The room smelled heavily of smoke, which was really unpleasant. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator was filthy, and there were not enough towels provided. Definitely expected better.

the staff was great! Long moment to check in! Food was unappealing and not in abundance! Not worth the breakfast! Room was cleanish, a little smelly! Bedding very clean, comfy, and slept well! and as a solo I felt safe, clerk made sure i got a safe room! TY it was worth the price! Less than 15 minutes to Capital building and downtown

Mixed pluses and limitations

Adequate parking and a straight route into the city. The room had adequate space and comfortable beds. However, check-in and check-out were processed by a ‘remote’ employee, and a $100 deposit was demanded immediately but not RETURNED immediately on checkout. ‘Included breakfast’ ran out of certain staples.

pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. it looks newly renovated and had all we needed. wierd to have a screen check in but the guy was very pleasant and helpful.

Stopped to stay at this property for an evening of rest and to shower & wind down from a 8 hour car ride. Sadly, when checking in the first thing I went to do was shower but the shower was not giving out any water it was basically just dripping out water that was hitting the wall closet to the shower head. I notified the staff via email about the issue to see if they could possibly fit me in for another room. Got a reply four hours later they would check into it but sadly never got a reply. Paid for the hotel for over $100 and also with a $100, definitely expected I could use a shower paying that much. Besides that, the area was very clean and in a good area with plenty of food choices and stores around.
