Staff was very nice, room was spacious but dated, bathroom needs updating (caulk along tub moldy, old flooring, etc.), TV did not work the entire 3 night stay, and maintenance never came to fix even though it was reported to the front desk multiple times. The employees (both at check in and check out) were friendly and helpful. The waffles were yummy! Fresh fruit would have been terrific, and the coffee/ hot chocolate machine broke while we were trying to use it, but the amazing front desk agent was very attentive and worked to get it back in working condition. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the complimentary toiletries provided. We could've used a second trash can and a plug on both sides of each bed, but everything else, the clean restroom, beds, and main room were wonderful. Its location was a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying at Solitude Mountain Resort.

Food left over from the 1st of the month in Fridge. Floors dirty, staff said they get many complaints about the cleaner not doing her job. Besides that, i would stay there again. The property itself from the outside doesn't look like much, but once you get inside, its really nice, welcoming environment. Staff is friendly.
