When I got to my room, I walked in and saw that the queen bed was not made. I immediately went to the front desk and told the clerk about the problem. I was assigned another room, but this was an inconvenience. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn. Also, the location in Troy, Alabama definitely needs an upgrade.

Staff was nice.I had check in issues that lasted over an hour to get checked in to my room. Troy only has a few places to stay, we were here overnight for a Softball camp. The property is clean on the outside, front desk very nice, breakfast was good, rooms ok. Lamps had alot of dusk on them, both beds had this metal piece sticking out, but one was just way worse than the other. Room nice size. Hot Water issues on Sunday when getting ready to check out, fixtures had rust stains and tub has some rust stains also.The breakfast was above average bacon, omelets, waffles, etc...
