在近零度的氣溫,居然洗澡沒熱水忽冷忽熱還是固定頻率,房間小就算了,沒熱水就大大扣分．

不知道是不是我們住的是邊間28號房,房間小但乾淨,免強還是可放個行李箱,但洗澡熱水忽冷忽熱, 在近零度的氣溫沒有熱水可洗真的大大扣分啊 ！

I don’t understand the high rating this place has. It has little to recommend it. Yes it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. But… the rooms are tiny with inadequate places for luggage, the site itself is scrappy with no views, and the ensuite rooms complex is like a cheap hostel. Our room had one chair and a small bench. The fridge was as warm inside as the room. To top it off, when we arrived our room was freezing ( it was a 3 degree day with vicious winds) because the heating wasn’t working. We kept turning up the thermostat in hope until we realised it was futile. To the credit of the staff member at the pizza joint, he was quick to provide us with a portable heater and managed to get the heating going. For the price we paid ( close to $400 Australian dollars for a twin room) I expect better, even in expensive Iceland. They do, however, have an EV charger, which was appreciated.

It is a great spot to sleep, I stayed in one of the private bathroom rooms. Great views of the sunset and sunrise from the property. It is really convient checking in and out. Don't have to wait for someone to staff a desk to come or go.
