When I pulled back the sheets to get in bed there were black hairs in the bed. The sheets were old and worn through. The ice maker didn’t work. When booking I messaged the office about where to park our trailer with a UTV and never heard back. There was one spot out front for us but our friends had to park in another hotels parking lot to accommodate their truck and trailer. The room amenities listed a toaster and toaster oven so I planned for food I could make with those however those were not available. They did not list that a fridge and microwave were present which was nice but I packed a cooler when I didn’t need to. The beds were ok.

The room seemed clean enough, except for the floor! Our socks and bare feet were black just walking from our beds to the bathroom! The door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. The door knob needs to be adjusted. While one sits on the toilet the door remains open, as it won’t latch! The beds seemed clean and were comfortable. The door walking into the lobby is filthy! This place is really dated. There is linoleum in the hallway outside the room and in the bathroom. The baseboards in the bathroom are that rubber stuff from the 80’s. Looking at this place from the outside made me think of the term “trailer trash”!

Pros: A little away from downtown so it was quiet. Cons: We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was TINY!!. Across the hall they had a single queen in the same size room and looked way better. I didn't think it was obvious how to lock the door when exiting and I had to call to get help. General Comments: There are no on site staff, but when I needed help they responded by text and a call very quickly. This looks like a V ERY large mobile home converted into a motel.

First we were charged for room before checking in despite your promise that we would only be charged upon arrival. Then no toilet paper and poor condition of inn. Then AC did not work and twice I texted person who responded to lack of TP. No response. Plan to dispute charge but feel you should assist with refund

The fact that it is a self-check service makes it different in a good way. Once you have your codes for your room, you are all set. But a big plus is that, even though you are doing all on your own, there is someone you can reach out to via text, which is more than what I've gotten with in-person services at some places. Self-service with a sense of having help in case it is needed. I'll stay here as many times as I need to.

Our stay was sadly disappointing. The property operates without a front desk which we found out the evening before our stay via email. Using the info provided in that email, I asked about an early check-in to which I received no response. We had been camping in inclement weather the days leading up to our stay and some creature comforts were in dire need. 20 mins prior to check, we received a text with our check-in info as well as a notice that their messaging system was down. Upon checking into our room, the side table lamps, hair dryer, and TV were all not operable. I replied to the number that our check-in info came from and again received no response. The worst part of our stay was that night running into some foreigners with limited English in the parking lot who didn't understand how to check-in; they left for other accommodations. It's a cute, clean, establishment in a good location with unfortunate management. I would not stay here again.

Easy parking and easy entry. This place is convenient and has lots of room for gear. The microwave runs well and the shower is hot. Good adventure base camp. No stairs.
