The great thing about the hotel was the location since it was right on the beach. However, the hotel is old and can use a face lift. Our bathroom lights flickered the whole time that we were there and then one set of the lights died on the second to the last day. We spent about 4 nights and 5 days there.
It was our fault that we didn’t call the hotel to fix it but it was annoying as well that the light was dead by the second to the last night.
Overall, I would still book the hotel again but it is definitely old and they need to replace the carpet inside or repaint the room to make it feel fresh. We’re still spending about $300(ish) a night for the room so yes, I still expect some attention to details.
Another pro was that they allowed us to check in earlier than the expected time at no additional charges. For that, I am truly appreciative. I would rate this a 7 out of 10.
