Lugar de relajación

Sitio Sagrado cuenta con bonitos jardines y espacios muy amplios , nos atendieron de maravilla aunque el internet es un poco intermitente ya que están en una zona montañosa hay lugares como la recepción o el restaurante en donde llega fuerte la señal Lo que más nos gustó fue el SPA

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Huatulco sin duda

Un hotel cuidado en cada detalle, arquitectura impresionante, un restaurante con platillos de alto nivel, excelente barman, atención en los detalles en recepción, una felicitación... Es un hotel donde de verdad se disfruta en una playa solitaria y casi virgen. Su único "inconveniente" es que si no llevas auto, esta algo lejos del centro de Huatulco y es complicado moverse. Les sugiero tener bicicletas disponibles para los huéspedes. Nos toco el detalle de que están en remodelación en algunas habitaciones y el ruido de la construcción no nos dejaba descansar a medio día, sin embargo hablamos a recepción y pararon la obra un par de horas para dejarnos descansar. Seguramente al terminar su remodelacion ya este problema desaparecerá

Desde la llegada la recepcionista con muy mala actitud, o quizá así recibe a los huéspedes de esa manera, pero no me pareció. Y al final, igualmente la encargada corrió an mis familiares que solo querían conocer el hotel, le expliqué que era para mostrárselos para que fuera su próxima opción. Súper mala actitud, jamás me había tocado personas tan pedantes. En cuanto al servicio de alimentos, excelente. Los meseros y el chef súper amables. Y la verdad, el hotel muy bonito muy acogedor; pero reitero, no pueden tener personal que no tienen idea de lo que es un negocio de esos. Tenía pensado regresar en agosto con un grupo de amigos, pero la atención de las señoritas, da mucho que desear..

The hotel is very nice and I enjoyed most of the stay. The restaurant servers were very nice and helpful. Honestly, I was disappointed that they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. I had to go to the restaurant to buy one and no refills. I understand is a way to make money but it was an inconvenience since I would have loved to make my coffee and enjoy it on the balcony. I asked about it and I was told that only higher up rooms have one and I got the standard room (almost $1K for 4 nights) Expedia did not have that option.

Property is very nice. Small boutique hotel with upscale restaurant. It is isolated so if you like more choices in dining and nightlife choose a different location. Looking for a laid back vacation this is it. The only thing that might keep you up is the chickens and dogs.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien, le décor, la piscine , le restaurant tout est haut de gamme. La seule shose, j'aurais aimé avoir plus d'options pour la restauration, il n,'y en a pas beaucoup dans le quartier. La plage est très belle, sauvage et peu fréquentée mais non adapté pour la baignade.

Hotel staff were great Melina and Rey in particular. Restaurant is overrated and overpriced and service is very slow. Dogs and chickens are noisy all night. It's too far from town (about 25 km) The area is not busy and very safe, if you want to be away from the tourist crowd this is a good area.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beautiful Bocana beach. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the sunrise from the 3rd floor lounge area was beautiful. Nice to have a good restaurant in the hotel as well as some other local restaurants nearby. Servers could stand to be more attentive though. Food was fairly good, but not always consistent. No pool service was offered for food or beverage and you weren't supposed to bring your own. Pool was a bit cold, but okay. There weren't many chairs or umbrellas though and a few pool float rests would be a nice addition. The most difficult part of the stay is the noise from the birds and dogs which wakes you several times at night. They may supply earplugs, but you have to ask for them. They also don't restock the coffee pods in the room automatically.
