We were two girl besties who spent two nights at Bangkok and we had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is really great with 7eleven, BTS (skytrain) and Terminal 21 (shopping mall) just around the corner. We greatly enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast. The room was huge! Really nice, great views and clean. I recommend this hotel warmly.

Everything was great aside from the shower. We stayed in 2503 and everything was fantastic. The staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. The shower in our room leaked constantly (they have the handheld shower head, not a rainfall shower), so the area around the tub was always wet. Aside from that minor inconvenience the hotel was lovely. Very good location too, close to dining options, shopping and transportation.

I do like this hotel for the most part. It’s hard to find a good priced comfortable room in Bangkok. Finding this note slipped under my door saying they plan to come in my room and fumigate with poison while all my belongings are in the room sure doesn’t make me happy though. I just checked in yesterday, why couldn’t they do it before I checked in?
