Lo que no nos agradó es que nos tocó hospedarnos en el último piso y no cuenta con elevador, el Estacionamiento es demasiado caro para ser subterráneo y además es todo un rato poder entrar y salir ya que es muy pequeño el acceso, fuera de eso estaba limpio y la estancia cómoda pues sus camas Y almohadas son suaves

Great bargain.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of options either on premises or in proximity. Our only complaint was how how the hotel room was when arriving due to the old building structure and not running the AC module. The staff was very friendly with the pool being nice and clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Room was kept very clean . Bed very comfortable , linen kept clean and in good condition. Without an elevator the stairwell is challenging because there is no handrail and quite dark . Other than that I would stay there again as the location is great for getting around town .

Der var desværre utrolig meget larm og man kunne både høre alt fra gaden (rigtig høj musik) og næsten følge med i folks samtaler på de andre værelser… dog ligger hotellet centralt og er nogenlunde rent - dog kunne poolen godt trænge til en rengøring.

The hotel has stopped using elevator and guests need to climb up to the rooms. Loud due to adjacent bar until 3 AM Stairs have no hand rails for safety. Parking garage is extremely small. If you use it ask for help. Location is excellent. Quality of food below average is the fife different restaurants we went. Playa Del Mar is nice but prices are way too higher than California

We were there for 2 nights and we are very thankful with the staff that helped us change rooms on our second night. On our first night they gave us room 101 and it was just terrible, this room is not fit to be rented and should just be torn down, we could hear hard sounds of water coming down the pipes all night and it was impossible to sleep, this combined with all the noise and music coming in from the outside it was just awful, we did not sleep the first night, it was just impossible. Thank God that on our second night we were given different rooms and they were better and we are very thankful with the staff for this assistance.

Overall we had a good stay. Good location, clean, nice staff. The parking is underground and difficult/tide to access it. But safe to keep your car. The bathroom plumbing makes noises every time some else in other rooms uses it. The bathroom door made a loud noise every time you close it. Due to the proximity to the 5 Avenue you can hear the loud music. But the business starts to close after 12pm some days and others are opened after midnight. If you are a light sleeper the location is not good. For us was nice to be able to walk to the beach, restart, etc.

No es muy adecuada para ir en familia, hay demasiado ruido en los alrededores y las ventanas no son aislantes. Las toallas no las cambian todos los días, y el baño tenía un olor a desagüe. No hay parqueo del hotel y en recepción se tardan en resolver o contestar

En general el hotel es bueno, está ubicado prácticamente sobre la quinta avenida por lo que se debe considerar el ruido continuo, limpieza de la habitación muy buena y agua caliente. Sin embargo como puntos malos pondría que no tiene elevador por lo que con mucho equipaje es pesado y el estacionamiento se paga aparte , por lo que no debería decir que está “incluido”.

I was so unsatisfied and upset with this hotel that out of my 5 night stay I ended up staying 1 night and asked for a refund for the other 4! (I had to book a last min hotel nearby) So I didn't get the room I booked through Expedia, they gave me a 1 bed when I had booked a 2 double bed, we were a family of 4. As soon as you walk in the room it's HOT inside - they don't turn the AC on for you prior to your arrival, and please keep in mind it's Playa del Carmen= heat & Humidity at high levels!! They only provide ONE roll of toilet paper so if you run out you have to wait until they clean your room or you can ask the front desk. Not enough towels!!! And the showers are built a little weird that water comes out and wets the floor. Also the sink is built weird so expect water to drip out from the bottom. The rooms are smaller than what is show in the pic, and the lighting is veryyyy dim in the rooms! Just be careful when booking this property, if you're looking for a couple honeymoon thing I guess it could work? But if it were me there are nicer hotels at roughly the same price. Definitely not family friendly, and last but not least THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. We got a room on the 3rd floor and we had quite a few luggage, so it was a pain...I wish I would have read the reviews. I'm so not a negative person, but this time I truly had to write this review because it was just too much. Hope my review helps.
