Location, location, location!

The location is the saving grace for this place. While the amenities are average, the beds are really comfortable and is right in the heart of Morro Bay. We easily walked most places.

Warning

The room was nice, but when the toilet clogged they accused us of stuffing towels down the toilet and causing the clog. This was at night, when my kids and I were getting into bed. I understand a clogged toilet is very inconvenient, and messy, but even before they took it apart they insisted we had actually broken it by trying to flush a towel. This was only 6 hours into our 6 day vacation. I felt very uncomfortable staying there because I didn’t know what else we might be accused of, so we booked 5 nights across the street where we’ve stayed before. I spoke to the staff at Sea Air about getting a refund, even a partial refund, but there was no one able to discuss it. I contacted Hotels.com, and they tried to get me a refund for the nights we didn’t use, but were unable to. This means I prepaid for 6 days, and they kept all the money even though I was checked out on the second day. The whole experience was miserable, and I would warn people if something happens to could end up blamed for it.

Great location

The room was clean. We normally stay somewhere else but thought we'd try this place since it's a little closer to the shops and the same price. We will go back to staying at the other place. This room and bathroom is smaller, the tv is smaller, it was very limited on what was available to watch, and it was not a smart tv. The rooms are closer together so you can really hear conversations in the room next door. It served its purpose and was clean. We would stay again if our normal place was booked.

It was a very nice stay at a reasonable price, especially since we only had to cross the street and walk down some steps to be in the center of the down town area. Our room did not face the rock, but it was still a pleasant stay. There is a little alcove that people can use to view the rock, but not really anywhere to sit while we were there

I liked the size of the room which was really big. I didn’t feel cramped. The room was missing an ironing board. I heard the neighbors alarm going off for at least 15 minutes at 2:30 in the morning. I could not call the office to complain. The next day I did let management know that I couldn’t call them. They said they have a phone number to call them. Usually, you dial zero for the office. This wasn’t the case.

Renoviertes, älteres Motel in Morro Bay auf eienr kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens. Großzügiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine. Tisch mit zwei Stühlen auch im Raum. Die Bay mit Boardwalk ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Unser Zimmer hatte nen tollen Blick auf Morro Rock. Restaurants extrem viele in der Umgebung. Tipp: Savoy Burger 3 Blocks oberhalb
