Came into town to visit my 104 year old uncle and lay flowers on the graves. Ive stayed here many times before and its always been great. I now have a 12 and 1 year old who were so excited for the pool. Our fiest night it was so warm in the room but we arei ed late amd was tired. The next night a big baseball familly was there just sitting aeouns drinking and had propped all the doors open (not even in the pool) and it was freezing on there. We still tried to get in but my baby was so cold we had to leave and get in a warm bath instead. I really appreicate the nice guy who checked us in as i was telling my daughter we still needed to run to walmart to get milk for the baby and he opened up the breakfast area and gave me 2 cartons so i disnt have to go. This was such a simple ut amazing gesture for one tired momma. Beakfast was really good! Ill still continue to stay whenever we visit.

Worst Surprise Ever!!

My fiance has been working in Iowa for 2 months and I haven't seen him. He finally got to come home for a couple of days so I booked him a room. Since we both recently celebrated birthdays apart I thought it would be nice to surprise him with a room with a hot tub inside & drive up to surprise him. So after hunting & looking forever finally found this room with a Jacuzzi tub so I upgraded to suite just cause of the tub. So upon entering the hotel I was rudely greeting with we r not pet friendly cause I take my dog everywhere I go. So it was hot like in the 80s took my dog back to my car. Went to the room just to find out that there was no Jacuzzi tub in room like what pic of room showed, only to find a handicap shower/tub in bathroom cause that screams sexy. When I went to desk to talk to the lady about it, she was super rude & said there's nothing she can do about it. So not only was I out the extra money I paid for the upgraded room for the tub we didn't get but it was just a terrible experience & will never stay at a Holiday Inn again!!!! And I'm an Uber/Lift driver so I wouldn't ever recommend Holiday Inn to any of my riders!!

Our door jammed and it took the guy 35 minutes to get off the phone with his Uber eats driver telling him how to find a place to deliver food that he had ordered for a friend. Got up on Monday morning to go down to breakfast there was only one biscuit so me and my husband split that this was at 8:30 but that’s OK. The restaurant was around the corner
