Picture showed a full size kitchen but instead i got a hot plate and microwave that wouldn't let do 30 seconds love the view of the ocean. The last night the people was playing in the hall and knock on the wrong door and but left when i wouldn't open the door.

Ok but could be better

Location is fantastic. Indoor pool and lazy river are great but the outdoor pool is small and always crowded even though there isn’t an inch of shade. The lobby is HOT. I was pouring sweat just trying to check in. The whole place could use an upgrade. The ac units are so loud that you can’t even hear ur ocean from your balcony. Beds also aren’t super comfy, my back was tight every morning.

First and last

The room was outdated, with rust on the appliances, electric panel, sinks. There was no tv in the second bedroom and the living room TV didn't work. They came, tried to fix, brought another one to sit on the table, still didn’t work and never worked the duration of our stay. The plumbing in the queen bedroom bath was slow to drain and toilet would not flush down tissue. And last but not least, a very large red roach crawled out of the kitchen after starting the dishwasher that was from 1980.

Do not book

We immediately asked for a refund after walking the property and seeing the room. The furniture was falling apart, the property had a bad smell and the pictures advertised looked nothing like what it is like in person. Would not even put our bags down when we got to the room.

The room needed a lot of maintenance. Paint job was terrible. The nightstand and chest of drawers were dirty and sticky. The sink didn’t look like it had even been wiped before our stay. Housekeeping never came (4 night stay). I called for towels one morning, and upon returning from the beach 7 hours later, no towels. I went to get some from reception, they didn’t have washcloths but said they’d send some right up. 4 hours later we called AGAIN, and finally 1.5 hours later someone brought washcloths. Parking building across the street was super tight and creepy.

what's arriving they lost my reservation through hotels.com so they could not find us a room at first we finally getting our room there's no shower curtain so all the water goes on the floor The conjuring room was unlocked so the people in the other room was already in our room we did not know them they did apologize. the live band you can hear the very clearly if you're trying to get sleep at around midnight they were still going. other than those things it was a okay experience they are in fact right on the beach which is a good thing and if you're there not for a tournament but just the party that would be the spot to go to

I hope you like mediocre live music!

I hope you like to listen to music day and night from ocean Annie’s! The bands are mediocre at best! If you want a lounge chair by the pool, put your towel on it around 6 AM and reserve it or you’re not getting one. The hallways are not air-conditioned. Housekeeping only provides toilet paper and towels, no broom in the room to sweep floor no clean sheets nothing further. Parking garage will leak stains all over your car. You’ll have a terrible time removing and the air conditioning is controlled by energy management open the door go to sleep open the balcony door. It shuts off for ever and any reason. I don’t think we’ll be back to this hotel.

Totally Unclean!!!

Place was not clean, sand all over floor of room . Room phone did not even work ! The trash can in bathroom someone before our visit had defecated in small bathroom trash can and did not clean it all out .Do not know why this place has went down hill but for a family get away or couple that’s looking for a nice time and and clean place find another place to go .

Horrible experience

My room wasn’t available at 4 to check in they switched me to a different room so i was no longer in a ocean front but a ocean view and my card was charged twice which took away from my vacation funds and now i have to wait 3-5 days for my money to go back in my account
