Easy check in, polite staff. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We had a lovely corner room so had lovely sunshine. Bathroom was clean and modern. Great stay. Only issue I had was 1 flat pillow each, called for a spare pillow to be told there isn’t any. Pillows are way too flat, deffo need two per person! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was great. Every staff member from front desk agents to housekeepers were friendly and great. I liked that they allowed us to store our bags in the secured closet hours before check in so we could go on and about. Room was clean and comfortable with no issues whatsoever. For some reason the "veggies" I got in Amsterdam the night before gave me the munchies so I'm thankful for the vending machine in the lobby.

Reasonable value stay. Location is the main drawback, situated in the corner of a busy intersection, a good walk from town. The room was exceptionally hot, so I needed to have the windows open all night to manage the temperature. I was on the sixth floor, and even so, with the traffic noise and the heat, it made for a few nights of disturbed sleep.

Semi clean room, tall people can see thick layers of dust on top shelves and under the bed. Staff needs to focus on guests rather than chatting and making guests wait. Slow WiFi but does work. Air conditioning turns off when outside temperature drop to 18 and below; which then the windows need to be open which is very noisy with the main road nearby.
