Wonderful hotel in a perfect location! The staff members at the reception and breakfast delivered outstanding service throughout our stay. We felt very well treated and the professional and welcoming hospitality provided by every team member made our stay a true delight. The room was immaculately cleaned and very comfortable. We loved to spend a few hours at the pool and sauna to relax and recharge for a fun evening at one of the many great restaurants in Porto. I booked this hotel as a friend of mine stayed there before.what a wonderful experience!The staff at our check in was very friendly ,as soon as we arrived offering us some complementary biscuits, tea/coffe .It was an anniversary celebration, and as we entered our room there was a cake with a little bottle of sparkling which I find it very cute as it was unexpected.the room was clean.location is spot on as there loads of hIlls on the city .I recommend.
