This is the most poorly managed Hilton property that I've ever stayed at, from abysmal customer service to pathetic maintenance.
Hilton should replace this management team if they feel like maintaining the high standards that Hilton sets around the world. Instead of a Hilton property in the center of downtown Atlanta, my stay felt more akin to a night at a Motel 6 in Villa Rica, which is completely unacceptable when you're paying $300 for a night in a Hilton property.
First, the poor maintenance. The room we received had peeling paint and mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling. On the morning of a holiday weekend, during busy check-out, one of the 3 elevators was blocked off for some sort of issue. The stains on the carpet were secondary to the disgusting bathroom and the poor response to urgent issues like a non-working elevator.
