The hotel is outdated and although it was what appeared clean there are a lot of stains on the carpet, the bed sheets/pillow cases, and countertop. One pillow didn’t have a pillow case so we didn’t end up using that pillow. It was ok for a night but I don’t think I will stay there again. The elevator was a bit scary; we feared we would get stuck. Needs maintenance for sure and some updates. Once that’s done, I’m sure it would be better. Staff were great. They were friendly and helpful. Didn’t need much but to check in and out. Maybe take the carpets out, change the furniture since it had tears on the leather chair and it would be more presentable in comparison to the other hotels in the area.

To be honest, the worst extended stay I’ve ever stayed at, very rundown attention to cleanliness was not there in stairwells and hallways. A lot of foot traffic in the parking lot.

The room had smell and was never really cleaned . From strings of dust hanging off of the popcorn ceiling to hair in the bed and shower. Old torn up furniture that looks like they picked it up from Goodwill next door to a fan that permanently runs in the bathroom. Definitely not a place I would pick again.

The room wasn't available that I had booked so they had to place me in another room - which I had to pay EXTRA for their mess up. Checking me in took well over an hour and their vending machine doesn't function properly for drinks and ended up taking $4 of mine and I still got no beverage!

The rooms were old and sheet on bed stained. The fire alarm kept going off early in the morning waking us up and we got locked out of the room and staff could not fix it for one night and get us back in. Then following day we had to keep calling the staff to go open the door that had a key stuck i side. Terrible experience and place is old outdated inside. Will never stay at these extended stay again.

Worst of the Worst. I stay three nights a week away from home EVERY week. I have stayed in ES before with a good review. This hotel is dirty, worn out, and smelly. When I arrived at my room, I noticed there was no TV remote. I called the desk, and they said they would find one and let me pick it up. I never heard back. DO NOT STAY HERE.
