Not my favorite

Room was dated, and though nonsmoking, had evidence of burn marks on bathroom counter. Bathroom shower wall was crumbling with water damage, no drain covers in sink or tub, tub slow to drain, refrigerator had obvious mold stains, many mystery stains on carpet. Bed was uncomfortable.

This has been home until I find a home I appreciate the work that they do to try and keep it together especially the trash room but u have folks that don’t know how to empty trash so thank u for trying to keep it together

Valencia hotel

How little can a hotel provide? The bed linen was clean but that is the most I can recommend. The hallways were filthy, the room was dusty, the 'breakfast' coffee provided was undrinkable. Continually asking for provisions for the kitchen was difficult. Will not be back.

Not again...

I arrived at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 10th. Couldn't check in until 3:00. So I paid for my room and I went to magic mountain. I got back at 6:30 I believe, got my key and I had to walk steps up three floors. Elevator was out of order. As soon as I entered the third floor the whole floor smelled of cigarettes. I was like oh my God. Then I turned around and went the other way cuz my room was the opposite direction. Cut around the corner. My room was still near that Hall. I opened the door and my room smelt so bad. It smelt like someone had lived there for 2 weeks and did not take a bath or a shower. Windows don't open up very much so I could not air it out as much. When you sat or layed on the bed,it flopped up and down back and forth. It was very unlevel. The mattress was comfortable I can say that much. I understand about stealing, and people that are living there but it did have a kitchen but no supplies whatsoever. You have to call down and have them bring what you want up. No shampoo or conditioner, make sure you grab those at check in before you go to your room. Unreal! I even tipped my GrubHub driver extra because he had to walk 3 floors. And for 120.00!!! I checked two other apps before getting this one. This hotel wasn't even on the other two apps. I wonder why? BECAUSE THEY wouldn't have it on their site! I'm 62, have stayed at many on my time, even Motel 6 was better. {And always check your air conditioner filter because they are never cleaned. Easy rinse}

Do not stay here!

The lobby, elevator, hallways and--yes--even my room were absolutely filthy. A sizeable area of sticky gunk on the floor next to my bed. Nightstand surface was smeared with something. Shower wall was covered in long dark hair. Bathroom counter was visibly splotched with gawd knows what. EVEN IF none of that were true and the room was clean, my first clue was the many vagrant-looking people hanging out in the parking lot. I asked for and got a refund for my reservation.
