The hotel was just right. The location was convenient for getting places in Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, and beyond.
The room was well equipped with utensils, dishes, and most common needs. The full size fridge and complete kitchen (stove-oven & microwave too) allowed for all of the home cooking needs.
The sleeping space was cozy and our room had two queens which was nice (and seemed to be hard to find in other hotels).
My only “not so great” statement would be that the east side of the hotel is above the train tracks. While it wasn’t overwhelming, there were a few horns and that sound experience from time to time.
25 dollars for parking seemed a bit high too given the going rate for parking around the area.
