When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.

Definitely needs updating. Everywhere! The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Our AC was right next to our bed and blew cold air at the head of our bed. No brochures in the room for restaurants that are near the hotel and or deliver. And no number for front desk or any room service. I gave my total experience a (3), which was GOOD. Hotel was clean, friendly customer service and great location. Was a discounted price from a vacation apt. It is not worth over $85 per night.

This was a rather disappointing stay because our room, and the building in general, was in bad condition. There was a huge gap in the door jam of our room, which opened to the outside so pests could join us. (Picture is of the door while CLOSED!) We shoved paper toweling in the crack during our stay. The safety latch on the door to our room was missing a screw, and all the remaining screws were loose so it was rather useless. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and clogged with lint. There is an elevator to get to rooms on the upper floors (we were on 3rd floor) and it was operational but when we didn't have our luggage we also took the stairwell. Two of the handles on the doors in this stairwell were in very bad condition, one having no handle at all. Overall, the building is in quite a bit of disrepair. I gave a rating of 2 stars for 2 reasons: 1) because when we notified the attendant about the big gap in the door we were offered a different room; and 2) because the location was very convenient and in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. While we were offered a different room, we chose to stay in the same room because we had already hauled all of our stuff up to the 3rd floor and we were too tired to move everything again. We also found the other problems a little later and it just wasn't worth complaining because we could see from the overall condition of the place that we had no guarantee another room would be any better.

It was great. Do many nice abd helpful workers there. Our wsiter in the cafe, Randy, was one of the best ever. We were there for a 3 day convention. Only gave the hotel 4 not 5 because our room was next to the laundry room and the noise from that woke me up off and on all night. We are planning to stay there next year but i will request a room not near a laundry room lol

We were happy with the cleanliness of the room, the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only problem with the room was the bed. We stayed 2 nights , and it was hard to fall asleep on the very firm mattress.

Not clean. TV got 1 station, phone didn’t work, bedside light didn’t work, bed like a rock, but the worst was the deodorant they sprayed the room with……it gave out and the room smelled like urine terribly. I would never recommend this hotel!

Property is an older property & some areas have updates while others areas are a little lacking. Poor lighting in some of the rooms. Fairly large hotel for only 1 main guest elevator often making long wait times. Indoor pool is good for younger kids. Fairly easy walk to Parkway & tram stop is nearby. Large lobby. Good customer service at front desk.

The lobby looked really promising, but when we got into our room we were quickly disappointed. It was outdated and uncomfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on the ground.
