Staff were super friendly, recommended some nice restaurants and sight-seeing spots. Prime location. Facilities were clean and new. Room was relatively small and you need to climb two floors of stairs before arriving the reception. Take this into consideration if you are bringing suitcases with you.

We ended up going to another hotel. The AC was broken which they knew before they charged us for the night and gave us the room key. The room was extremely hot. The offered a fan . I was very upset that they did not say anything knowing they had a problem!! Another customer was complaining as well and requested a refund. I won’t go back to this one. They should have been honest and tell us about the issue right away. Very upsetting .

Very well located

Well located amazing spot. Everything went well from A-to-Z. The only negative point from that hotel is no tables or night tables to put anything the night tables are very, very small hardly to put an iPhone on.

Excelente hotel e custo benefício.

Excelente custo benefício. Localização maravilhosa e vista incrível do quarto. Os recepcionistas Guilherme e a menina que não me recordo o nome, foram sensacionais. Guilherme fala português. Cheguei com duas malas grandes e desceram os dois e subiram com as malas. As escadas não foram nenhum problema para minha estadia. Vale muito a pena. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.

Convenient and Comfortable

Very convenient location for a brief visit to Marseille as a tourist. Excellent price and wonderful setup. The room was a little tight with the large bed, but was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the hike up two flights of stairs to get luggage up to the front desk for checkin.

Fantastic location in Marseille

Hotel right at old port could not have better location. The stairs up to reception means it would not be suitable for some visitors. Rooms small but clean and comfortable good WiFi. Staff friendly and helpful. Security excellent as it’s a busy area. Didn’t have breakfast. Would recommend again 20 minutes walk from train station or two metro stops. Ferries across street and bus stop to notre dame there as well .

Valeu a pena cada centavo!

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpeza impecável,talvea o mais limpo em que já nos hospedamos! Café da manhã (pago à parte) muito variado e você pode preparar seu suco de laranjas com frutas frescas. Atendimento excelente! Para se chegar à recepção do hotel tem que se subir uma escada de 40 degraus e elevador só à partir do primeiro andar. Mas o recepcionista prontamente se encarregou nossas malas, tanto na chegada quanto na saída.

Nice location but poor confort

We booked a queen size bed and we had a double size bed. Also, it was hot at night even if the room was supposed to be climatised. Nice location and soundproof room tough.

Good option if you don’t care about luxury

This hotel is extremely basic. If you are looking for luxury or comfort, this is not a hotel for you. This is a very old hotel in front of the port. The stairs are not in good condition. Believe it or not they were inclined to the left. You will have a hard time, climbing those stairs if you are drunk. The elevator is so small that only one person fits. We had a two person room, which was extremely small, with no view to the port. The hotel didn’t even have, shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion. No iron, closet. Good hair dryer though. Then they put us on a three person room. This was bigger and had a view port. This room was nicer for sure. Unfortunately, it was only available for one night. However, this hotel has very good breakfast, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, and as I said above, it has a great location. So once again, I only recommend this hotel if you don’t care about luxury.
