Unorganized

When we got there it took well over an hour to get to our turn to check in, then they didn't have a room for us. My family reserved two rooms, then they tried to put half of us at another hotel. We stated we couldn't do that, we all came in the same car. They then found a room. The next day they said there would be an additional charge because the room we were in was an upgrade. We checked our reservation, the room we were in was what we reserved. No apologies, blamed us for messing up our reservation, not sure how that is even possible. We reserved two rooms that were the same and they wanted to put 3 of us in a smaller room with one queen bed.

Not for the light sleeper.

Came into town for a festival. Stayed Thursday-Monday. Front staff were super nice and helpful. There are two locations for this hotel so we had to drive to the next building where they had enough parking for our little trailer. Not so good things… We checked in, went to the room to drop off our stuff before heading out and to take a nap after our 9 hour drive. The walls were so thin and the neighbor was on the phone on speaker the whole time. The place smelled like weed outside. When we got back from the event that night, the neighbor had the tv on and a guest she was talking to. I could hear every word through earplugs. We tried calling the front desk to ask them to call to make them be quiet as it was already midnight and nobody answered. Second and third days were the same. The AC wasn’t controlled in our room because it kept going on even though our panel said it was off. Second night when we got back, our room smelled like weed. Same lady, same loud conversations. Monday, the pressure washer was on in the pool area so early! Good stuff… The bed was comfortable. There’s plenty of parking. The courtyard looks nice and the fitness center is opened 24 hours. There is an elevator going to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of places around there to eat. Seemed like everything was 10-20min away so that was nice.

Starting off strong with Staff being super nice & professional ( Tabitha) Check in was quick and easy , we were even able to check in a couple hours early since the rooms were already ready. Room was good/ comfy but I’ll say a little misleading only because I thought it would have a kitchen with the stove like in the pictures but not a huge deal since we weren’t planning on using it anyways. They have shuttles that take you to the strip which is cool but even if you rather use a Lyft/uber it was about $10. Overall great stay!

No soundproofing

Everything was great about the room and property. Clean convenient, they had onsite laundry, super friendly and accommodating staff. The only issue was the soundproofing or rather lack of soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the neighbor to the point it was actually loud and waking us up.

Beautiful property

Upon checking the first hotel representative was not kind but a bit sarcastic and not helpful. After that interaction all other hotel people. were very friendly, helpful, and the type of representative you would want to represent your hotel. The property is beautiful. The suite is very nice, I enjoyed the microwave, mini fridge, silverware and dishes. The only negative comment is that the walls are paper thin, you can readily hear the conversations taking place. If you want to watch tv best have it turned very low or else you may invite complaints. I had a tablet and read and watched movies on it, also used head phones. They offer a shuttle service to grocery store as well as to casinos on the strip. This shuttle service is every two hours. The drivers are very kind and respectful. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay my interactions with most of the staff were fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.
