Everything in this hotel is great except the location and the bathrooms’ design. I suggest hotel could provide free transport From metro to the hotel location. At Middle East hot noon and afternoon hours, it’s an horrible experience to walk to metro. Secondly, I would need to mention there is a very terrible showering design. Water will overflow out of the showers stalldespite that I close the door pretty tightly.. it is quite serious and frustrating. Expect your bathroom floor will ponds of water near the shower stall.

Booked this place last minute and on a whim without quite knowing what to expect aside from an overall positive review summary which I did not read through. Interacted with their staff on hotels.com to notify of my check-in times and they acknowledged super quickly which was pleasant. Quick taxi ride from the airport cost about AED52 in the early hours of the morning and was greeted warmly by the staff on reception (24hrs reception). Check-in process was swift, smooth & efficient so thank you Chewang. He also briefed about the hotel and the region, including alerting in advance that there may be some noise in the morning due to construction nearby. To be honest, could not hear any disruptive noise during my stay. The room was really spacious and modern and comfortable and good wifi speed. On top of the modern facilities, the staff is their crowing jewel with amazing attention and care to details. Aside from Chewang, also interacted with Danyah & Salimah and they were most helpful and always had this genuine smile. Thank you for the pleasant checkout process too to Marinela and also allowing me to use the pool area after checking out. Do not hesitate to book this place. You will have a good time.

Very nice hotel in a neighbouhood still in development. The room was great. Clean, comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. Metro (green line) is a short walk away.

Had a wonderful time at this property. The area is fairly new and lots of construction in the area which will improve the restaurants in the area but there are cafes walking distance. Al Jadaf metro station is a 10 min walk away - I used metro to get around Dubai - very clean and simple to use.

The Hotel is nice and new. Check in is smooth but terrible construction outside my room which made it impossible to sleep when i arrived and paid for an early check in. Early check in should be free if there is terrible construction just outside your room. I complained at check out but staff is not willing to help or reduce the early check in fee. No restaurant nearby only from the hotel.

The property itself is nice and the staff friendly. I counted no fewer than five major construction projects within a couple hundred meters of the property. The roads and sidewalks are torn up, and the sound of construction is nearly nonstop. I feel badly for the property, because they did their best to provide a great experience. But I would not return until 2028 at the earliest given the amount of construction going on.

It was a last minute choice, as my original property cancelled on me hours before I was due to check in. Otherwise, I would not have known about this gem. The welcome and friendliness of the receptionists was outstanding, as it was at departure. My room was clean and eco-friendly, with a balcony overlooking the creek. If I have the chance, I will stay here again.
