HVAC System was bad— very loud in the room such that it made it hard to sleep. Some areas were freezing cold and others were hot. It definitely needs a tuneup. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Overall property was a little dingy and not super clean. Nothing was so bad that it ruined our trip, but I would not go back.

The room was a little dirty with some gross smudges on the wall that could’ve easily been cleaned. The toilet was wonky, wobbly and leaking. The walls are super thin we could even hear the beeps from the elevator. Buuuut the location, free breakfast AND friendliness of the staff will keep me coming back! It’s amazing to be able to enjoy the history of the building while being comfortable.

The staff were super friendly and helped me check in a little early at no extra charge. The breakfast buffet is top notch, and the hot chocolate station open all day was a pleasant detail, as I visited in January during cold weather.

Chambre avec vue sur un mur…Personnel pas très agréable. Porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas correctement nous nous sommes rendus compte le dernier jour que la porte pouvait s’ouvrir toute seule en poussant dessus…. Le parking est vraiment trop cher 45 dollars la nuit et la personne à l’accueil ne savait pas trop où sont garées les voiture , apparemment dans les rues du quartier…. Nous avons payé un parking à proximité 120e pour 3 nuits mais la galère pour entrer et sortir car il fallait un badge… hyper bruyant la nuit mal isolé et les gens font le bazard en pleine nuit mais bon ce n est pas la faut de l’hôtel… sinon bien placé Petit déjeuner correct mais il faut encore donner des tips pour la personne qui met 1 saucisse et des œufs brouillés dans votre assiette….

The location was great but off-site parking was advertised as $45.20 per night when I booked but when I got there and checked in I was told it would be $70+ per night to park which is insane. Had I known parking would have been that risoculous, I would have made arrangements in advance to park elsewhere.

There was an issue with my reservation when I checked in saying that my virtual card had been declined. This was the payment plan I did through Hotels.com and it was very stressful. The manager was able to fix it, but that would’ve completely ruined my trip. The hotel itself had nice breakfast, but my room had some renovations that could’ve made it better. And the water never got hot for a shower.

Upon arrival was absolutely nowhere to park to check in no where Once in the building checking in the lobby was unbelievably packed and when I say unbelievably packed with people I mean two greyhound busses unloaded an uncountable amount of Georgia tech college kids The front desk guy brennan informed me that something didn’t get paid correctly even though I paid for the room in advance before arrival so after the unpaid whatever that was security deposit parking total amount was 340 bucks for one night FOH king room was tiny didn’t even have a microwave in the room Wayyyy over priced Staff was nice Definitely will never return

AC didn’t work in my room. It took a while to get moved to a different room so I was delayed going to bed by an hour. Floors need to be deep cleaned. Bed was clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean. So those most important things were acceptable. If that’s all you’re looking for this place will do.

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would! It took more than 45 minutes to check in to the hotel. There was not adequate staff present to help customers. The hotel had a 6 hour period without water, the staff was not friendly or apologetic, check out time was supposed to be 11 am but there was a fire alarm pulled and the hotel had to be evacuated before 10:30 am!!

We enjoyed our stay at the St. Christopher. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location was great, it was easy to walk around the French Quarter.The room was comfortable and we loved the 24 hour coffee machine. Be aware that the parking garage is a few blocks away, not on site. We would stay here again.
