This resort is beautiful and has so many options. We were in a different pool every day and a few different restaurants every day. The best breakfast is the buffet at Market and best dinner is at Ember. Room service burgers and shrimp tacos hit the spot, as did chips & guac from Barefoot Grill. If you’re preferred club, be prepared for the typical sales pitch offering you to “upgrade” to Impressions. They can get pretty pushy. Aside from that, the only negative would be that housekeeping never came by the second day we were there, and we had the green door light on all day. Seaweed is bad right now, so the beach looks and smells bad, but the resort can’t help that and puts a lot of effort into seaweed removal and sand taking all day every day. Also, if you want to get intoxicated, stick to beer. Overall, this resort has soooo many options and you will never be bored.

This resort is an excellent all-incl. Beautiful grounds with lush tropical foliage everywhere. Nice beach, not big not small. Everything was solidly good - food options, beach experience, pool choices, bars, entertainment, grounds, activities - everything. Some imperfections, of course, dinner waits can be long. Get your name on the list an hour before you want to eat, problem solved. Live music every day and night for us was awesome. We’ve been to all-incl’s in the Riviera Maya over 30 times. Don’t overpay (max $400/night per person) and it’ll be hard to find a better resort than Secrets Moxche.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We did the preferred club and the observatory was amazing for the preferred club members. Recommendations for dinner is to get there 10-15 minutes before they open as there is a long wait we learned that the first time. Food was excellent compared to the reviews I have seen and great variety. Daniel at the French restaurant was amazing and Omar and Hugo at the preferred club were excellent and super accommodating.

Overall, this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. The resort has everything you need including a pharmacy, sports bar, and a small night club. There are 7 pools, some of which are small and have a private feel and lots of really tasty restaurants. We had an ocean front room which is a little misleading. You're not on the ocean with access to the beach. You have a room with a view of the pools and ocean. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful and I absolutely would book this room again. It just isn't really oceanfront. It's also easy enough to grab a taxi if you want to explore the local area. We only left the resort once to go on an excursion to the Mayan ruins, snorkel with the turtles and stingrays, and swim in a real cenote. **Pros** - Numerous restaurants - Lot's of entertainment - Highly attentive staff - Safe area - There are also private vendors on the beach where you can rent jet skis, parasail, or get a massage. **Cons** - Snorkeling wasn't available despite it being advertised. - Anytime we went to the VIP area, staff would try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation for Secrets Impression. In 5 days we stayed at the resort, we were approached 4 times.

Property is massive, beautiful, and brand new. Can be difficult to walk around sometimes, but its one of the most gorgeous places ive been to. Room service is 10/10, service is close, but they need to do a better job maintaining the facility it is brand new and they’re not trying hard enough to keep it nice.

We loved secrets moxche, our first stay at a secrets resort. The food options were fantastic and we were only disappointed that we did not have enough time to try them all! We really appreciated that they all had plenty of clearly marked and delicious vegetarian and vegan options! The property was spectacular, with plenty of nooks and side pools to get the level of seclusion we were looking for. All in all, an exemplary all inclusive experience!

What a gorgeous property. I have travelled fairly extensively over the past 10 years and this is by FAR my favourite resort. The food was exceptional. The room was gorgeous and it felt like the staff outnumbered the guests by 2 to 1. Loved every single moment.

Loved this resort, staff always very friendly. Activities were awesome. The activity pool was our favorite with bar staff and Uziel (?) not sure if spelled right but he was activity staff at events and always went above to make sure we were taken care of. Tell him Shane and Deb will be back. :)

The resort’s aesthetics and views are stunning, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food and restaurants were top-notch, offering amazing variety and quality. The pools and private areas were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommend for an unforgettable vacation!

Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The food options were great and the room was amazing. Loved the multiple different pool types. Always a spot somewhere.

My wife and I just stayed here for a 4 night quick trip (1/24-1/28). This was our first time in a Secrets resort. We loved this place! Pros - The food was fantastic! The drinks were great - a little on the weak side, but we didn’t mind since day drinking is hard. :-) Grounds were well maintained. Never had a hard time getting a chair at the pool if you were out there before 10am. Staff was super friendly! Rooms are very nice - we had a swim out room and loved the pool. Cons - The only place to get bottled water is in the room, and I had to ask more than once to get it refilled. (Meaning, ask twice in the same day because no one showed) However - they have a really cool room service secret cabinet that they can drop it in, so they don’t have to disturb you when dropping things off. Marco the bartender at the Mexican restaurant, Jacob who worked in the pool area, and Gloria who appeared to manage the rooftop Preferred restaurant were wonderful! It’s a beautiful place - we would go again for sure.
