No call, no resolution after having no hot water.

I informed the morning desk staff of not being able to shower. I had no hot water. I left my name and phone number 3 separate time, with three difference staff members. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK . WHAT KIND OF A BUSINESS DOESN’T RESPOND TO A REQUEST TO PROVIDE a call to resolve the problem. UNACCEPTABLE customer service! No mattef what the issue, I should not be charged full price when I could not take a shower. Absolutely a poorly managed property

Beware before you stay

The room was clean, but the grounds were rundown. Lots of smoking receptacles with people smoking on the balcony and in front of their rooms. On our second night there, we came back to 4 state police troopers detaining someone staying at the other side of the motel which left us feeling uneasy especially since our door did not have a chain lock. The ‘other’ section of the motel appeared to be housing with bikes, shopping carts, furniture outside the rooms.There was no transparency in the advertising that this motel houses people. When checking out the pool, we were told ‘the pool was open to the community’ which was then followed by a litany of things we needed to do for hygienic measures before using the facility- which felt more like a warning of ‘enter if you date!’. We happened to be dressed up for dinner at the time and not planning to use the pool, just looking at it. The area itself is also a bit rundown.

We love it but could use some fixing

My kids and I come to this motel several times a year and stay usually between 2-5 nights. We love to stay on the grassy area side because in the morning the kids go outside and ride their scooters around or play on the lawn. The pool, that is free for guests to use, is an added benefit for us all. I also love the large rooms with two large tables. We can eat our meals together and we can spread out our food that we bring and the kids’ books and all our stuff. The negatives are: the pillows are flat and hard. The dining table has a rippled top in all the rooms that we stayed in. The dispensers in the bathroom are not wiped clean. And in one of the room that we stayed in, the curtain rod was broken and hanging down. The carpets are old and even burned by iron in room 114. They have done lots of remodeling but the inside of the rooms could be better maintained. All in all, we love coming here. It’s quick to the freeway, grocery store is across the street, it’s quick to get to Brattleboro center, and all in all just a spacious place to spend a few days in.

Very creepy, smelly, looks and feels like something out of the walking dead show, theres a pool attendant guy whos awkward and told me am not allowed my cellphone. Toliet seat ant even attached to the toliet, my child fell right off. Bed is harder then the floor. Stairs only. Mold on the walls going up the stairs. Was there 20 minutes to book us a different hotel/motel and get out of there asap. Probably got cameras watching you up in that place, its like something out of the beginning of a horror movie

A little steep on nightly accommodation pricing considering the shape things are in which is "in disrepair". Staff was excellent, room okay. I would consider staying again but only if you are negotiable on the nightly rate.
