Bugs in room. Not a very clean room for a presidential suite. Also it felt very "old" with the furniture that was in the room. Suite was big but it felt small with the placement of items in the room. The kitchen area is also small, should have been bigger. Felt like they put the room together the night before with the worst rush job. It wasn't clean. Hot tub was alright.

Well I try not to be a negative person. You requested my rating. I should get a refund for the 2 nights I stayed there. Check-in: No info on pool hours or breakfast hours. The pool was freezing. Both nights I stayed there the fire alarm went off around 1 a.m. Young children running wild and extremely load and obviously no supervision and staff did nothing. This hotel is cheap in price for a reason it is horrible.

Breakfast was sub-par. We stayed for four nights and only 60 percent of the food listed for breakfast was actually served. The in room hot tub was malfunctioning, shower head barely worked, toilet leaked onto floor, entire room smelled and felt musty, half the light bulbs in the room didn’t work. Wall safe did not function(dead batteries) overall not impressed.

Don't even know where to start ..room smelled like smoking room 100%! Tub wasn't cleaned good, floor in the room was sticky and chunks of candy laying around. Refrigerator was unplugged and stunk! Bed cover had random spots. Night stands were tilted so much, almost coming off the wall, that nothing was able to stand on it. Fan in the bathroom did not work. The view out of window was terrible. So much trash laying on the ground! Hotel needs a lot of renovations. WILL NOT BE BACK.

3 lights only worked in our room. There’s plenty of leaks throughout the hotel lobby and hallways. Everything was close and the breakfast was Luke warm at best.

Room was okay, a bit below our standards but okay in general. Late night yelling and noise in an adjacent room on the floor, but overall the experience was good. Needed an overnight stay with family, fit the bill but could welcome improvements and updates. May choose again as needed for the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful — especially the gentleman at the lobby, who was very professional and kind. I really appreciate his excellent service and welcoming attitude.
