The roof flooded

The hotel is in need of a major update on top of everything the roof flooded the whole hotel and we all had to evacuate at 1 in the morning

One of the worst nights

The first night was fine, but the second night was terrible being woken up by the fire alarm going off and the fire dept. waking us up due to the fact the building was flooded. So this all too place at 2AM I went to the front desk to ask what was going on and all I get told is we had to leave without any offer of helping find another hotel or anything. They did offer to refund my nights stay but when I checked my account they had charged me for another night instead of refunding it. Then on the way out we had to take the stairs of course and we get to the bottom of the last flight and my wife slips and falls in the standing water, with all of us having our hands full it took as a minute to help her up. It was not a pleasant stay at all

Terrible Experience

The whole experience was terrible, from the lobby, the hallway and room smelled like mildew and dirty mop water. No house keeping service I had to go ask for towels and the garage was not collected. It rained Saturday night and it was water from the top floor to lobby from water leaks.The alarm went off, the fire department came. We could not use the elevator, we had to use the stairs and there was water there as well. We checked out in the middle of the night with most other guest. One guest stated that she would rather sleep in her car rather in that building. Evidently the roof has been leaking thats why the mildew smell is there.

MEDIOCRE HOTEL IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION

I was just traveling through and needed a place to sleep for a few hours until the morning. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was showing signs of age and looked beat up. There was a loose piece of wall paper hanging off the wall by the elevator. The room was ok. Bathroom was mediocre. Shower had luke warm watet and lower than average pressure. I was on the 2nd floor. Positives were location to the interstate, restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly. The wifi was fast as I had to catch up on some work. Probably would stay again if traveling through, but not a long term for vacation.

Older hotel Needs updating. Rooms are clean. Reserved a king room and given a handicap room, not necessary. B'fast not impressed. Typical prepared eggs bacon. Would not allow to enter stay on Choice rewards. You get what you pay for. For overnight it was fine.

FACE LIFT

It has been a long time since I visited a hotel that is in bad condition. This hotel needs some reconstruction to it bad. The carpet is dirty up and down the halls. It has a funny odor to it. The breakfast was good but the furniture is horrible. People are walking around in pajams like they are living from the streets. Now, the desk people were friendly, but this hotel needs a new face to it.

The worst hotel

I arrived there was a rag in the shower. Hair in the sink and shower. The handle in shower had rust and black stuff around it. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the rooms need major renovation!

Check in process very seamless. Rooms clean. Mattress was super comfortable but the pillows were horrible I wish i had brought my own. Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Pool was closed for first day even though it wasn’t listed on website but they eventually opened it the next day of my stay. Loved that hotel is literally walking distance from stores and restaurants.

This property disappointed as soon as we opened the door the room smelled like smoke, we had no towels, and there was no remote to the TV. We booked this hotel last minute while traveling back home and around 3am I awoke to what appeared to be bug in the bed .. after I immediately turned the lights on we found 2 ROACHES scattering across the BED. As we immediately gathered our items we found 1 in the bathroom that I was able to get a picture of. I asked staff when checking out for a refund and she giggled as if this was funny and explained that we should ask the manager.. almost as if this is the norm. I explained to them it’s ridiculous to see a sign explaining a $250 fee for pets when you check in and their are already pet roaches in the room, I should be getting $250. I called the manager the next morning when staff told me she would be in for a refund. She told me that she has never had this complaint and she needed to go check the room herself and would call me back. She never called me back and we were forced to continue our journey with hardly any sleep. 0/10 stars I would NEVER RECOMMEND. I am in process of making a complaint with the BBB because just as prompt as the property was to collect my payment, they should be as equally prompt as responding to a serious matter like this.

horrible service

It was horrible, kids running up and down hall yelling and banging on our door and loud boom boxes in lobby. I went to front desk and complained but they just said ok they would check on it . We got up at 4 am to get out of this place

Great staff, bad property owners

The staff was wonderful, however the conditions of the building was horrible. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, on several walls the wallpaper was peeling in the corners including in the common areas.
