Better Customer Service Need
I did a digital check-in prior to arriving. When I arrived after 3:00 pm, my room was not ready, then I was told that I did not reserve an accessible suite. I assured them that I did and offer to show them my reservation, but they did not have an accessible suite available. I had my 91-year-old mother with and need a roll-in shower. They said they would put a shower chair in the room, but when I returned later that night no show chair to be found. Also, there was no clean sheets in the suite for the queen sofa bed. I had to call for clean sheets. The sofa bed mattress was very worn, was not comfortable, and need to be replaced.
