The water slide definitely made this good for families. However, I was traveling alone and didn't love all the kids running around, especially when I wanted a nice soak in the hot tub. Also, the breakfast area was packed (on a Friday morning) and the options were not great for someone who eats gluten free. But the staff were super helpful and the room was quiet and clean. Overall a good place under the right circumstances.
