It was a wonderful place to stay but now i have to figure out how to get my money back as i booked through hotels.com which took my money and now so did Tesla so i double paid even though i was assured i would not be when i checked in

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Timmermans Supper Club. Will not stay again. Our room was freezing and the in room heater didn't heat the room satisfactorily until sometime in the middle of the night. Front desk staff was very nice but could only offer excuses that gave no assurance this wasn't a regular occurance. Hotel was not staffed overnight which could have been a dangerous situation, particularly if we were to get locked out. The only positive is that some updates have been done inside. This hotel should not even be an option on Expedia in my opinion.

Parking lot and sidewalks were frozen and no attempt to apply thawing agent. Almost slipped and fell multiple times walking to lobby. Cold lobby, room, and 56 degree dinning area.

Clean and quiet

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The room was clean and quiet, and the rates were very affordable. It is an older hotel and could use some updating. Several of the outlets in the room didn't work, including the USB port in the lamp base. The bathroom is extremely small. However, it was a quiet location, the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Property was easy to access and the cost was decent for the area and a last minute rental. The elevator was a little sketchy so we took the stairs each time. The ice machine on our level did not work but the one below did. The indoor pool and hottub were not open or clean that they would be used. And there was a blood stain on our bedding. Breakfast was the weakest I've ever had. It was literally a loaf of bread, butter, cream cheese and 2 bottles of water. That's seriously it. The juice machine was off and everything else was completely empty.

This property was just as described. Nothing fancy but was great for us! Room was quiet and comfortable. Loved that Timmerman’s Supper Club was walking distance. All the things we wanted to do were just a bridge away. We’d stay again!
