Great location for public transport and walkable to many attractions. Rooms are a bit dated, but immaculately clean with a good shower. Great for a short city break or pre-cruise stay. Lack of air conditioning might be a problem in very hot weather, but our room was very airy with high ceiling and huge opening windows with a balcony. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from both thetrain station and the bus terminal (Flixbus). The breakfastis simple, but good. The single room could do with a renovation, especially the bathroom.

Perfekt läge för oss tågresenärer. Trevlig personal. Stort och fräscht rum och badrum. Ordentliga ytor för våra saker. Kunde lätt reglera värmen. Ingen vattenkokare på rummet men fick välvillig hjälp med tevatten till termosen från köket innan nästa tågresa.

Excellent location. Hotel is under renovation with inhouse construction litterly next door. Beds were very hard, especially the extra bed. Hotel was very noisy so you could even hear people talking next door (even though sound proofing was listed by hotels.com!). Things were falling out of the wall and multiple tiles on the bathroom floor was loose. I did not feel we got value for our money here!

Vi havde booket på hotellet og ankom kl. 23:45, hvor vi fik at vide, at de ikke havde værelse til os her, men på et andet hotel 200 meter nede af vejen. Træls, men ok. Vi kom ned og der var hurtig indtjekning. Vores værelse lå så midt i morgenmadsbuffeten, hvilket var træls, da de begyndte at larme omkring kl. 6 næste morgen og så var der larm derude fra hele morgenen. Værelset var udemærket og beliggenheden god.

Weekend tur til Hamborg

Da vi ankom, blev vi mødt af en lidt sur og irriteret receptionist, det var det første indtryk vi fik. Derefter blev vi lovet, at alt er ok i resten af hotellet, på trods af ombygning i receptionen, det viste sig, at det var det ikke, der stod byggerod på gangene, det var galt på alle etagerne, det kan man simpelthen ikke byde sine gæster, hvis man ville have en eftermiddags lur, var det umuligt fordi, at der var håndværker, der borede og savede hele tiden, kort sagt en masse larm. Værelset var i det mindste nogenlunde i orden, og badeværelset trænger godt nok til en renovering. Morgenmad buffeten var det bedste ved opholdet, der var personalet, meget servicemindet. Dem jeg var sammen med i opholdet, er helt enige om at det ikke er et hotel vi vil komme og besøge igen, og det bliver heller ikke et hotel, vi anbefaler til andre, selvom det ligger super centralt i Hamborg.
