So many things that made this hotel and our stay very disappointing.
Room only set up for two people on arrival, had to request bedding for the 3rd person. Only two glasses and coffee cups, towels etc
Only allowed two coffee capsules per stay, all other will be charge for ( and no, it wasn’t per day )
Broken/smashed window.
Paid for Acropolis view, all windows were covered with obscure film.
Noisy aircon, low howling noise when trying to sleep.
The room could definitely have been cleaner, especially areas in the bathroom.
No draws for any clothing.
Only 5 clothes hangers for 3 people staying 5 nights.
Only one socket for two TV’s, kettle and coffee machine. Couldn’t use any of them at the same time.
Restaurant bar, very slow service. Expensive. And little/ poor choice.
Bought a bottle of wine, as wine by the glass was awful, didn’t drink it all, and then wasn’t allowed to drink anymore of it when returned to the bar. Although partner was buying and drinking beer.
Over-run with students, no control or respect for others. I doubt they paid over £200 a night.
Pressing all the buttons on the elevators. Crowding the elevators, when they were more than capable of taking the stairs, as they did not have suitcases with them. Crowding walk thru areas. Being loud and obnoxious.
Took over 30 minutes to get an elevator to the ground floor when we needed to check out. Because of these students. No Adult around to control them. The staff at the hotel appeared to ignore them.
