The room was nice, but as an elderly couple it was very hard to get our stuff up a very narrow spiral stair case. We asked for a ground level room but was told there was none due to a large wedding party. Yes they host weddings. This wedding reception area was set up including the handicap parking spaces. Since there was catering and photographers, this left no parking for the actual guest. Using the handicap parking to set up a tent was very inconsiderate and in my state unlawful. Again the room was nice, bed not so comfy but ok. There is a fireplace that is gas. It is located in a central area. The Pantry down the road has EXCELLENT breakfast.

El Rey Court is one of those special places you just happen across on occassion. This was just a one night stay during a road trip, and it's a gem. The grounds are beautiful and the people working in the food truck were amazing. It was a nostalgic experience for me, and whenever I'm in, or going through Santa Fe again, this is where I'll be.

We enjoyed our stay but maintenance is needed on the grounds. A little paint and landscaping would go along way. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. The website isn't current on all information so call prior. The food truck was decent but coffee maker broke and out of dressing for the Greek salad and it wasn't communicated until the order was ready. Overall if you want an original RTE 66 experience...this is it!

It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!
