wrong address for hotel listed

Address in hotels.com is wrong and took us 40 min out of thr way to a very bad neighborhood. make sure you google the name of the hotel and put that in maps! Lots of codes to remember and no parking onsite. had to park in the 24 hour lot down the street. also not listed on hotels.com not in a good area… food around.

Realmente más que un hotel, parece un airbnb. La recepción funciona parcialmente, no es 24 horas, ni eficiente. El hotel está en mal estado, se ve sucio, desagradable. El entorno donde está ubicado no es agradable y da la sensación de inseguridad. Es extremadamente ruidoso. No recomendable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! IT'S NOT A REAL HOTEL! One good thing to start out: Carlos was kind and his service is appreciated. I hesitate to even call this a hotel, as it appears to be a collection of rooms and beds that someone acquired and needs to rent out to pay the mortgage, and nothing more than that. Everything else about this "hotel" is, at best, substandard. here are no - ZERO - amenities of any sort. There is no place to pull up and unload as the "hotel" is completely surrounded by metered parking. Leaving the car unpaid in a private lot, as was suggested by staff, and unloading your baggage is NOT a reasonable option. The pictures shown are overwhelmingly indicative of one single room and NOT of the standard rooms, other than one or two pictures. It is very dark and poorly lit inside the hotel, and the elevator has some strange LED lighting that is extremely creepy at best. The hallways are practically unlit, creating an atmosphere that is definitely NOT conducive to an accepting feeling. The rooms are dated, with lighting fixtures that don't work, with bathrooms that should have been remodeled years ago, and the beds were weird - odd platforms that seem like someone's grandpa made them in his basement workshop. I booked a 3 night stay and had to leave after two nights, as the smell of cleaning products in the hallway was overwhelming. I would have complained to the front desk, but no one is there after 6 PM. All in all, a waste of time and money.

I stayed there for 8 hours they took cash as the deposit no one works the front desk so when i left i wanted the maid to do the walk thru and she called the owner who said dont worry about it we will zelle or cash app it to you. So of course i should of known better get a call 2 hours later and all of a sudden there was pee and poop on the floor. I swept the floor they provide a broom and dust band which i love because you can thourghly clean up after your stay and not leave it for the maid to do. I picked that hotel because it said pet friendly but i should of known there was going to be a problem when i saw the look on the managers face when i gave him the deposit money and he saw the dog. He looked at me shocked i would bring dog with me and charged me 50 for pet fee which i gave him no problem that is standard when u travel with a pet. But he kept my 50 pet fee and the 100 deposit. I swept the floors and put my garbage from the food i ordered in the trash can including the mens underwear that was left behind from person before me. My mom and dad raised me correctly i dont leave messes behind and i have respect for people property. Its a shame that hotel needs to be shady and steal people deposits. Stay away from this hotel if you dont want your money stolen from you.

Hotel should close.

The property was clearly run down. In fact there were bugs in the room and i was bitten. I had to buy cream and buy spray to fumigate the room. When i complained i was told it was flies from outside. The rooms need upgrading. Lift was almost pitch black when it closed. Smelled all the time. Glad it was not more than 2 days!

Advertised as having sofa beds but does not. One guest only had a sofa and then was provided a bin bag of sheets to make it themselves. It was not a sofa bed, just a small sofa.

Amazing stay

From check-in to check-out, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Carlos was prepared for our arrival and messaged us ahead of time to figure out our arrival time, to ensure we knew where to park. The room was spotless. As a family of 5, it is very difficult to find a place that can accommodate us and have such a big space. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and it was great having a little kitchenette, as we had kids with us and needed a space for their snacks. We loved having our stay and our kids are already asking when we can go back. Thank you for such a beautiful visit!
