A comfortable hotel located near the train station and the the morning market. It is also very accessible to other areas via trams or trains. The breakfast is fantastic, delicious with lots of options. There is grilled squid/octopus as well, which is pretty rare. Overall, it a very nice place to stay.

I order the bed was double size. But the bedsheet was dirty . The concierge even not speak English very well, he still very nice to help us bring the bedsheet and changed for us. The hotel is just opposite of JR Hakodate station and bus station, which makes it easy for free and easy travellers like us. Also the location is close to town center where shops and restaurants are just walking distances. For sightsee, it is easy to get around since it is located near JR station and bus station.

The staff was helpful when checking in and out. The staff was also helpful when we had to store the luggage at the hotel after we have checked out of the hotel. The only thing I could nitpick is that, the climate control in the hotel room cannot be changed from heating mode to air circulation mode.
