The hotel is centrally located within Old San Juan and walking distance to the beach. El Condado is a short Uber ride away. Within a block there is a Bakery and Cafe for delicious coffee and treats. Most of all the staff is exceptionally accommodating and does it’s best to make you feel welcome.

Staff was very helpful and courteous, went above and beyond, and pointed out local restaurants and sites to see. Our suite was amazing! Tons of room for a family of four, great comfortable bed & 2 very comfortable sofa beds, had a full kitchen, large bathroom, & jacuzzi tub. Also less than a mile from the cruise port so very convenient for our trip. Wonderful experience, would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!!
