Great Place to Stay

Hector, the guy at the front desk was so awesome and welcoming. We were able to check in early and even got an upgrade to am apartment. It had one room and living room. The room was nice and spacious. In the living room there was a TV with Netflix! There was also a kitchenette and dining table.

I’ve been staying in a couple of different hotels lately, I can assure you, this one, is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been. When you walk inside you are received with a giant mural painting that’s beautiful. The staff is attentive and there is always someone on the front desk. The room that they upgrade me to was comfortable and had a very amenity needed for a shot stay. The location is perfect if you just want to walk to El Viejo San Juan. But I just what more from this place. It has the potential to be one of the nicest and budget friendly hotels in the area. Im always on the lookout for the little details, and there’s a lot of details that if fixed it can elevate the experience and the stay of every guest.

Rooftop & private patio were great!

The hotel was great for our family of 4 and two other families that we were traveling with. It was a 15-20 min walk one way to Old San Juan and about the same distance the other way to the beach. The rooftop was a great place to wind down after a day out. And we loved that our unit had a kitchenette and large outdoor patio. The hotel also accommodated with a 2nd pull out couch for our two kids.

Only complaint was the bathroom clogging up after each shower. After the 4th night of staying, we discovered that the filter in the shower drain was clogged. Since this occured late night we just unclogged the drain ourselves by cleaning out the drain trap. This fixed the issue and we no longer had a clogged drain. Other than this experience, the stay was overall great. The staff was always welcoming and helpfull with all of our questions.
