Not impressed
We were there for a graduation ceremony. Plumbing in the tiny bathroom was horrible, toilet gurgled day and night, sometimes it would flush normally, other times not. When you needed the flush most, it would back up almost running over! The first morning there, the tub backed up 3/4 of the way back, with not only water, but black sludge, too! It finally went down before we left for graduation, but we had to wash down with cups of water and fortunately had Lysol wipes with us, no time to call for help! There was no hair dryer in the room, had to call for that, but they promptly brought one. I’ve never stayed in a room with a full kitchenette that had absolutely NO cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, etc!!! I sure as hell wasn’t going out to buy any for my stay, but would’ve been nice to have in room! The water in shower never got above lukewarm. As small as bathroom was(with sink outside door), it would’ve been nice for toilet to have had a lid to pull down and set some toiletries on and to pull down when it was constantly getting stopped up! The base of the floor
lamp was totally rusted as was the handle on the nightstand! Weatherstripping around door was missing. The staff there were very nice and the close proximity to the Lincoln Memorial University was convenient for our family member’s graduation, that’s probably the two good things I can say!,
