hotel lacked consistency in its service, food and premises. Great location and plenty of lounge chairs/palapas/Balinese beds. Some staff seemed to enjoy their work, others not so much. Food was hit and miss- some meals good, others were overcooked and hardened/eggshells in scambled eggs, was not served drinks at two suppers. Snack bar food was cold and overdone midaft. Birds having a feast with meal plates not collected promptly. Was our second and probably last time there when compared to other choices.

Staff was rude, they over charge for everything. Even to inflate a floaty. It is impossible to get dinner reservations at any restaurants. The only one available is their buffet but it’s not worth it. All there is to eat is a bunch of salads and veggies. Food has no flavor at all. Morning breakfast was alright since it’s really hard to mess up breakfast. Over all experience I would never go again.

The food was terrible, anything that was supposed to be hot was usually cold. You couldn’t go eat whenever since the buffet was only open certain hours. The bars werent even open at the same time. There was no staff and no service around the pool. Activities at the kids club didn’t exist. There was rarely even an employee at the kids club. The à la carte was terrible, food was cold. They moved the location of the à la carte and didn’t tell anyone, we had to wonder around looking for it. When we checked out, they wanted to charge another $400+ pesos just to sit by the pool until we had to leave for the airport. The rooms were old and my toilet barely flushed. I had to add water to the back of the toilet bowl to flush. I booked 2 queen beds and only got one king. There is no evening life, everything stops at 9 pm and the disco at 11 was terrible. I would never stay here again.
