Never will come back. Disappointeing, dirty and dated hotel (i am not sure if i can evevn call this a hotel to be honest). Reception/staff poor attitude, lazy, lack of passion, and do not really care about the feeling/comfort/pleasance and the need of their guest (whenever you request something they would deny you and say "it is the company policy", unless you reason with them but my request are basics that any hotel would provide). My room is dirty, filthy, damaged (mould and dust everywhere, scaled shower head, scaled boiler, holes in the wall, and damged bit everywhere). No wonder they have a very poor scored reviews. I have been to many hotels in the UK and none operate as terrible as this. During the last night, they did not even make my bed which does not give me a good impression. Definitely a nightmare, ruin my stay in london. My family and i all agree that the hotel is so terrible that we wouldn't come back, nor recommend to anyone. There is plenty of hotel that are much better in Victoria or other places in London with similar or better price, but more importantly better quality.

Franchement, je ne comprends pas les avis très négatifs que j’ai pu lire avant de venir. Ce n’est certes pas un hôtel de luxe, mais pour le prix, c’était largement justifié et même au-delà de nos attentes ! Nous avons eu des chambres propres, les draps étaient impeccables à notre arrivée, et le ménage était fait tous les jours. J’ai aussi lu que certains trouvaient le personnel désagréable… de notre côté, ça n’a absolument pas été le cas. Les gardiens ont toujours été très gentils, polis et respectueux. Vraiment, rien à redire là-dessus. Oui, il faut monter pas mal de marches si vous êtes logés tout en haut, mais ce n’est pas insurmontable, et on s’y habitue vite. En bref, c’était très cool, propre, calme et pratique. Si vous cherchez un bon rapport qualité/prix à Londres sans trop de chichi, foncez !

Peggior hotel di sempre. Mai stato in un hotel così sporco. Le lenzuola sono state consegnate macchiate e probabilmente non sono state pulite prima del nostro arrivo. La porta della stanza è rimasta aperta, con la serratura non funzionante per più di un forno prima di essere riparata. Le uniche cose positive sono la posizione e l'acqua calda. Alla fine la colpa è solo mia che non ho letto le recensioni in anticipo.

Ehrliches Statement zu dem Hotelzimmer

Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, bis auf dreckige Fenster und fleckige Bettbezüge. Das Schloss zum Bad war kaputt bzw einfach nicht vorhanden und die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Es gab nur ein Handtuch für 3 Personen, diese wurden nur teilweise abgeholt und nicht ersetzt. Der Service an der Rezeption war schlecht, wir haben 3x nachgefragt, ob wir eine weitere Decke bekommen, 3x wurde uns gesagt, dass diesem Wunsch bei der Reinigung am nächsten Tag nachgekommen wird, nichts ist passiert. Generell war der Mensch an der Rezeption nicht sehr zuvorkommend und hat seinen Job mit minimalem Aufwand ausgeübt. Das übelste an dem Zimmer war, dass man die Wasserpumpe extrem laut gehört hat, wenn irgendwer auf dem Stockwerk duschen war, war es unmöglich zu schlafen. Alles in allem ein schlechtes Hotel, der Preis pro Nacht ist zwar niedrig, allerdings würde ich es dennoch nicht weiterempfehlen.

This hotel is not as bad as some reviews say it is, but a bit more dirt in the corners then on most hotels. The shower was not totally clean either. My room only had one window almost up in the roof, so no natural light or way to escape if a fire should happen. The foaje and reception area is very tiny and narrow.

Dårligt værelse.

Værelse som vi fik var i kælderen, uden ventilation. Der var fugtskader alle veje. Gulvet har rejst sig og buller ved samlingerne pga. fugt i gulvet. Badeværelset var brugbart, men bruserarnatur er defekt, det ene greb hvor man indstiller for varmen var ved at falde af, men der var godt med varmt vand. Vinduet kunne man ikke låse, så alle vil have mulighed for at kon ind i værelset, hvis man ikke var til stede. Senge var så dårlige, knirker og er meget blød. Den ene seng som var hård, men sengen hældte så meget til den ene side, at man falder ud af sengen når man sover. Der var så lydt, så man kunne høre overboen gå rundt hele natten, så man ikke kan få noget søvn. Så hvis I kan vælge en andet hotel, så gør det. Det er godt, vi ikke brugte mere tid på det hotel, da vi var kommet for at se London. Der var nogle gode spisested omkring hotellet.

Dirty hotel, flies in the room ever night, no AC, no WiFi ( didn’t work past the second floor, we were on the 4th), no elevator, no door handle on the bathroom door, it was ripped off and never fixed. Tv didn’t work. Generally disgusting hotel. Spoke to the front desk who said they’d tell their boss. Nothing ever was addressed. Would not stay here.

If you want to make friends with bed bugs then…

Where to begin? I knew this was going to be a terrible hotel as soon as I entered the building to a really funky smell and a somewhat unfriendly bloke on reception. We were put in a room below street level, the window was wide open (obviously trying to diffuse the horrible smell), no bars on window and the street right there so I had to kinda jam the window shut as there was no latch to shut it properly. One small towel between four people and the shower was in bits. A high step to tiny bathroom with a very low door frame. Beds were lumpy and mine was kinda tilted so I felt like I was going to roll off it. Stains all over the walls and no storage whatsoever, a few hooks above one bed. No tables to put stuff on either, we had to put everything on questionable floors. Be aware the kettle is a hazard, I was making drinks for me and mum and the kettle wouldn’t switch off, I had to turn it off at the mains, then the handle was scalding hot and I burnt myself on the steam. You have to pay extra for internet. Our tv wouldn’t show any channels at all and just lots of technical jargon, even with the internet it wouldn’t work, absolutely useless feature of the room. I would never recommend ‘The Corbigoe Hotel’ to anyone unless it was someone I really despised. I felt dirty when I left and couldn’t wait to shower in our current hotel. I had to pay £114 for the pleasure of this revolting, gross place with its rude staff, also I didn’t see one cleaner, I think that say’s it all.

No lo recomiendo salvo si no hay otra cosa

No le pongo cero por la ubicación y porque no existe nota más baja pero para resumir: la tele tenía el cable cortado, la puerta no cerraba, las sábanas sucias, 1 sola toalla para 3 y un javoncito solo, mucho polvo, no hay ascensor, la moqueta da asco y Muy sucio y mucho ruido. Lo bueno de todo y es por lo que pagas: la ubicación, muy céntrico.

Bed sit rather than a hotel

Absolutely awful place. Bed with a random matress in the room. No wardrobe or draws, just a few hangers for your clothes. Half a toilet rolll, kettle which had black bits insids. Not sure what it was. Advertised offsite parking. However that is a lie and I had to park (10 plus minute walk and £36 for 6 hours) My room was next to the reception, so a little awkward. Toilet you couldnt swing a cat.
