They sent me a message indicating the pickup location. I waited two hours at that address. When I called, they told me they had changed it two days prior but hadn't informed me. I tried to ask for help within the first hour, but they didn't respond to messages. They didn't change the sheets; they were full of hair and dirty.

I did not even stay. I walked in the room, there was grit on the floor, grim on the lamps and tables, hair and dirt on the sheets. I walked back out and asked for a cancellation. It's almost two weeks later and I have not received any kind of refund.

Our door was broken and wouldn’t lock unless you put all your weight into pushing it closed. When reported to the staff, they shrugged it off. Asked for an extra pillow and was told no. The room was falling apart and broken to the point it would make a great setting for a horror film.

This was the dirtiest room I’ve stayed in. Dead bugs, hair, what looks like blood on the wall, stains, grime, you name it. Could not sleep. Breakfast was disgusting. Don’t disappoint yourself. Good somewhere else

We woke up at 4:30 AM with apparently some angry younger people yelling and making lots of noise. It was in the hallway where our room was. Then females started being loud. We had zero sleep as we just got in for a cruise out of Miami next morning. I mean Zero. They were so loud I'm surprised that nobody called the hotel on them or maybe they did. Then about 6:00am the noise went outside to the pool. Never stopped. We look out the non-working blinds from the side and all we see in the dark are figures lighting up something. Who knows what it was. After that it got louder and louder with them and voices plus dragging things around like metal chairs. Anyway...the 2 girls at the desk were the most unfriendly girls I have ever seen going to a hotel. Zero smiles and no help..questions about anything were a pain for them to answer. They were seriously the most unpleasant people ever and for $350 a night at that terrible hotel I will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn. And btw Quality Inn Miami advertises a free continental breakfast. It was absolutely terrible. No breakfast meat at all....totally sad.

El chico que nos atendio en recepción fue bastante amable sin embargo, nos dio la misma habitación a mi y a otras personas, fue bastante incomodo que abrieran la puerta de nuestro cuarto estando acostados mi esposo y yo. El cuarto estaba descuidado y MUY SUCIO, habia pedazos de comida al lado del buro, y basurita por todo el lugar. Dorimos en el hotel por que ya estaba pagado pero definitivamente no lo recomendaria y mucho menos me volveria a hospedar.

The airport shuttle took 30 minutes after the stated arrival time. When I arrived everything looked sketchy. There was mold in the ceiling. The bedding was not clean I had to ask for extra blankets and didn’t use half the linen just because of how dirty it was. Hair strands were on just about ever towel hanging outside of the bathroom. The bathroom is well overdue for a renovation.

Our flight in to Miami was early so understandably out rooms weren't ready, the front desk said they were almost done being cleaned. So we get into our room and it looks like nothing had been touched. There was trash and dirt all over the floor, there was hair and pube like hairs all over the bathroom and walls, random stains on the bed skirts along with splatters on the head boards.

Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. Saw other hotels twice during this time. Then couldn’t use the shuttle the next morning as we had to leave at 6:00 to catch a flight. Shuttle isn’t available until 7:00 am. AC in room was quite noisy and toilet made a loud oas the bowl filled up. Hair left in the sink and tub. TV only got 3 channels and barely got those. Picture quality poor. Likely got what we paid for.

If ratings of half a star were available, that is what I would give this hotel. I booked it for my cousins and they had to check right out and find somewhere else to stay. It was dirty, disgusting, poorly maintained, and despite being a Quality Inn, this hotel made a roach motel seem better.
