Good but not great

Parking spots are extremely small. Some staff are not friendly when bumped into in hallway/elevator. E.g. we were hauling our luggage to the room from the parkade. A staff was walking ahead of us and he went into the elevator by himself without waiting for us. That was the only working elevator at the time! Another time we were waiting for the elevator on our floor with a staff. When the elevator came, the sfatt went in right away without offering the guests to go in first! Not a big deal but little things like that makes a difference in the hospitality industry. Need to upgrade the in room electric outlets. No bedside plugs unless you move the couch bed and no USB charging option. Good location and friendly front desk staff.

Overall, it was good, nice staff and good facilities and services. A few points that can improve: 1: They offer garage parking with super tight spots which was only suitable for small cars, very difficult to park. 2. Internet connection was not reliable! This is a basic service and should be very easy to have an acceptable quality.

Always Happy at Summit

Clean, comfortable, well decorated rooms. Staff always super friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub well maintained, adjacent to a nice wooded area. This hotel is fantastic value, we stay several times a year.

One of the elevators was out of services during my entire 5 days stay. No notice or apology were made. It took a long time to get in the elevator, especially in the afternoon when people try to check in, go to pool and return from skiing. All guests using a small elevator. The room cleanliness is average. I noticed pill, gum, etc on the floor. The body soap dispenser was dripping and made the bathtub soapy. The freezer was set too warm and my food was melting in it. The front desk staff was friendly.

Beautiful resort and great location!

We loved our stay. Free shuttle to the lifts, clos3 to grocery store and restaurants, daily room service and super friendly staff. Only problem was only one of two elevators in service the who,e two weeks we were there, and the small hot tub with no regulation on how long people stayed in it. Hard to do but maybe a few friendly signs everywhere to encourage people that if they need to sit on the edge to cool off then maybe it’s time to get out and maybe a max limit of 6.

A vey good stay

We were very happy with our one-night stay at Summit Lodge which was a last minute booking. We were particularly grateful that they allowed us to check in early (at round 12 noon instead of 4 pm to accommodate my 100-years old mother-in-law's need to take afternoon naps. We had a fabulous room on the top floor. The lodge is very close to Whistler village. The lemony drinks during the day and the candy corner in the afternoon are very nice gestures.

Great place to stay!

Great rooms equipped with kitchenette. Location is fabulous in a quiet area. Room was mostly clean but found someone’s takeout bag under the couch. Loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Overall a wonderful stay!

Amazing hotel!!

Amazing facility! We stayed 5 nights in the studio with a bedroom. There were ample space and storage for 4 people (a couple and two teens). We all snowboarded and kept our gear in the room, even though there was complimentary storage at the reception. We loved the layout, the bedroom was very spacious with lots of shelves to put everything everywhere! Living room was also efficiently laid out for teens to have their own space for their luggage and gear. We love the heating options (3 heaters). The kitchen was also perfect. Just what is needed to prep quick breakfast or easy meals. The bathroom was also just what was needed. Most of all, we found that everything was very clean. Bed sheets and pillows were very comfortable. Staff from reception and cleaning crew were very nice too! It was our first time in Whistler and will definitely come back to this hotel.

Ski trip with the family

The hotel it’s in the end of village north in Main Street. During our 4 nights stay 1 of the 2 elevators didn’t work. Most of the hotel staff it’s friendly but one of the guys of the ski locker was bit annoying. I actually stopped getting my equipment stored. It has a convenient shuttle service that take you to the bus loop next to the blackcome gondola even do it runs until 4 PM so if you get later you will need to make a long walk.
