We knew it was an older hotel from outside pic but the room pics appeared to show updates... Lighting changed perspective. Room was dark, paint looked liked a kid did the work, and there was a smell. Elevator moaned & creaked. The kicker was the bed... Set down and it was hard, seemed like an old spring mattress/bed, my husband set down and every move caused noise. We left and found another hotel. Only blessing of the visit, the front desk attendant was super nice!

You literally canceled my reservation at 5 AM in the morning. I was searching for another hotel to stay in after traveling for almost 24 hours and losing my luggage. You were no help at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Compensation would be definitely helpful to change this rating because it was horrible.

Booked online because it looked relatively clean, had a pool and was affordable for a one night stay. We got to the hotel 25 minutes before check in and they charged us an early check in fee, we went up to our room and as soon as we unlocked the door, we noticed the door had definitely been kicked in before, one single light for the entire room, dirty room, some sort of goop left on the comforter, we immediately turned around and said nope. We checked out after about 3 minutes and went to Best Western across the river. I understand they’re an older hotel but in its current state, it’s a “by the hour” type of place.

The night front desk lady was amazing. Unfortunately the room was dirty my door looked like someone kicked it in the pool and hot tub where not in service the bathroom looked like the tub wasn't cleaned, they cut off breakfast at 830 beacuse they were out of everything and as I left the building I tripped and fell in over a carpet that was flipped in the entrance. I hurt my knees and wrist.

I reserved a hotel from March 13-16 and 16-17 at Fairbridge in Lewiston ID. The room was disgusting. There was mold spot on the ceiling in the bathroom, dirty towel and washcloths left in the bathroom, beds did not seem clean and we had an all over feeling of being dirty. We stayed one night and left and had to go to a different hotel. I am requesting a refund for 3 of the 4 nights due to the unsafe conditions. Thank you Shannah Stimmel

Vent in bathroom was falling off the ceiling and was very dirty, toilet wouldn’t stop making noise the entire stay, after taking a shower the faucet wouldn’t fully shut off so water was constantly trickling all night, there was a big drain in the middle of the bed spread, worst pillows I have ever slept on barely got a wink of sleep. Overall not good, will not be back.

There is a reason this motel was cheaper than most. Although the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not. Everything was very clean, but the tub and shower enclosure had previously been painted, and the paint was peeling. The thing that changes the water flow between tub and shower was stuck on shower and could not be changed. The water never got beyond lukewarm. It is clear they have done upgrades, but some of the work wasn't performed as well as it should have been - for instance, in the bathroom, the chrome/stainless fixtures had paint on them from when they painted the room and didn't clean the paint off the fixtures. There was a sliding glass door to a small balcony. Out on the balcony a single sliding door or the screen to the door (couldn't tell which) was leaning up against the railing.

Who ever does their pictures for their listing is very good. Hotel is no where as decent as the pictures look. When I got to the hotel homeless people were hanging outside. When I checked in the clerked answered their phone and put it on speaker and the person on the other end spent 5+ minutes swearing every other word ... I'm not prudish or anything but it was grossly unprofessional and super awkward. Got to the room and the smell was awful, a mix of moldy and something rotten. Fridge didn't work and it was beyond unacceptable. Contacted hotels.com and got a credit to go somewhere else. Tried to check out and was told they couldn't check me out

Just like most of you know not the hotel you see in the pictures on hotels.com but it was cheap 40 bucks I think I paid and they put me in four different rooms just to get hot water and one of them and the other three or far from clean but the lady at the front desk I wish I knew her name she was a rockstar it's not her fault it's all management and whoever the owners of this place are

Checking is experience was wonderful. The room was not, however. The noise from traffic and from a freight train made it difficult to rest. Also, the toilet has not been flushed or cleaned.

Front desk staff were prompt and helpful. The elevator was sketchy at best and we chose to use the stairs. The room definitely left something to be desired…the bedding and bathroom were definitely not clean and we had no hot water for showers during our stay! But you get what you pay for
