First room I was given the deadbolt didn’t work. Slow draining sink and tub and toilet handle had to be held down to completely flush. Doors did not seem to fit correctly as there were spaces between the door and frame. Staff was nice.

The bathtub and long black hair in it. The fridge had food and drink from whomever. The sheets and blanket stunk like old man dirty feet. We wont be staying here again.

Since its buyout by Fairbridge, a once desirable hotel has deteriorated badly. routine maintenance has been neglected, uncovered outlets common. Staff turnover is high, service is routine at best.

Pool was closed , it is outdoor which i didnt realize when booking, so hot tub is also outside. Hot tub was just your normal above ground hot tub. Lady checking us in seemed nice at first. We had 4 adults, which i did put on the reservation, i went back down and asked if wencouldngetba ciuplenextra blankets, she then became kinda snarky, told me to turn the heat up. I was also told they dont keep extra blankets, i was all about running up to walmart, but she finally went and found some extra blankets. She gave me attitude as if i had an extra person staying w me, i said no, i had 4 adults on the reservation. Next, the heaternfor our room was so obnoxious, it would kick on and run then sut off for like 30 seconds and then kick back on. The whole time it was running sounded like it was gurgling w gravel..got very little sleep. A lot of things could have played out differently. I did mention the heater to the morning lady who was a lot nicer then the evening lady. Hopefully staff will b nicer to the next people and hopefully they get the heater fixed.

Staff was nice and plenty of parking but the hotel itself would not be my first choice. The floor in the bathroom looked dirty and our front door felt flimsy and looked as if it wouldn't take much to push the door in. Can't say much about the breakfast because we didn't eat there.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff, from the General Manager to the cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in regards to anything we needed!!! The inn was very clean including the entire property. The General Manager was not afraid to get in there and get the job done including but not limited to cleaning up the outside smoking area!!! It was very refreshing to see an upper level staff member doing a job that would be for housekeeping!!!

Toilet was stopped and started running all night. Front desk person late night was a little bit rough around the edges. Asked for a credit card "in case we thrash the room." It was myself 59 and my 85 year old mother. Not sure what type of people they're accustomed to? Lobby and elevators dirty carpet etc. when I mentioned the toilet another guest was missing a shower curtain. Broadly a little scary. Pool photo 100% misleading.

Value for the stay

Staff was awesome, tv didn’t work they tried their best to fix it even swapping, finally we were able to figure it out after hours of trying. Got to watch a couple hours, then when waking up and tried to turn tv on to catch the news and it was right back to not working. Very frustrating
