my booking with this hotel was to pay at the check in, few days early they tried to charge my credit card without my permission and the bank declined the payment, what make me frustrated, because I wasn`t expecting that and toke me few days to understand what is going on. At my check in, I paid in full and when asked about the swimming pool times, the receptionist told that it was close and i made a complain about it because I choose this hotel because the swimming pool. He said that they do not charge for the pool only for the bedroom, but I said that I found others hotels cheaper then that without pool, so it wasn`t right and they should give me a discount, what were denied. when get the room, the air conditioned wasn`t working, so I made another complain and they told me that because the winter has gone they have to recharge the air conditioned (central) with gas and it will take about 10 days. I asked again for discount and they deny again. I have made a complain to Hotels,com and when they called the hotel, told to hotels.com a completely diferent estory. Not happy at all with the service, but the hotel and breakfast was good
