房内都可以，但洗手間竟無去水位，洗澡的水可以濺出来，没有摭擋！要做工人抹地！地点較偏距離火車站，但可步行去海灘有船泊地方很美！ 工作人員服務一般，最激氣wifi要收$，但用不着在房間，冇毛巾供应！泳池一般冇救生員當值！整体來说，我不会推這酒店！因他是没有服務的！

去呢間酒店大多數都會係一班朋友一齊住。但必須愛上朋友的屎味。toilet是沒有抽風的，一個朋友去完大大……全房一起響受。附近的海鮮餐廳超好食，仲有天氣沙灘，正！泊車免費，自駕一流。房內有杯杯碟碟，乜都齊。係無紙巾。

Nous avons été très bien reçu par la réceptionniste. Cependant nous avions fait une réservation très en avance en demandant une belle vue qui s est terminée sur le parking a l opposé. De plus le ménage laisse a désirer de la poussière de partout sur les plinthes les tableau, sous les lits…. Nous avons meme tué une blatte le soir de notre arrivée . Les meubles sont vieillos et parfois cassés et non réparés . L établissement aurait grand besoin d un rafraîchissement. Nous sommes venus en février et l hôtel est assez bruyant , nous entendons nos voisins discuter … gros problème d insonorisation.Par contre l hôtel est très bien situé proche du port et de cap 3000 ainsi que de la gare et des petits commerces .

The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. Customer service must be their goal which is superb. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, the staff are superb. Over a decade of coming here for often long periods, the staff and service at Heliotel make my decision to return easy. The apartment in November was warm. My Internet went down but within an hour was fixed by a competent wifi guy.. will return. Cons: older apt hotels need constant upgrading which Heliotel is doing

Déplorable, mentalité de gagne petit

La 1ère chambre où je suis arrivée était correcte. Hélas des le 3ème jour inhabitable à cause de travaux bruyants dans le studio contigu. Déplacée dans une chambre qui aurait dû être décrassee par une entreprise spécialisée. Et nettoyée. J ai dû faire le boulot... Demandé un dédommagement... Refusé. J ai fait venir mon vélo électrique et me suis aperçu que le local a vélo est inaccessible. Menace de couper mon antivol sur mon vélo resté devant l entree. J àvais pourtant prévenu l hotel. Même pas le courage de me parler en face. Affichette sur le vélo. Le 'jour de mon depart, refus de me garder un sac jusqu au lendemain. Faut le récupérer avant 19h00. On prend pas le risque,dixit la directrice... M ont finalement fait une aumône en guise de dédommagement qui ne vaut pas plus que ce que m a coute le transport en bus pour mon bagage !!!! Sinon machines à laver sales, plafonds dans les couloirs en réparation... Mais où va Pierre et vacances ??? Aurait besoin d une formation commerciale de base, et d apprendre à communiquer.... En face.... Et non par derrière....

Mentalité déplorable... Joyeux Noël !

2ieme chambre infecte, ai attrapé une infection du nez. Parking à vélo difficile d accès. Si vous mettez le vélo à l extérieur après voir prévenu, menaces écrites de couper les antivols s il n'est pas retiré rapidement. Bonjour la communication ! Après 15 jours de séjour , refus de garder un sac jusqu au lendemain ! On prend pas la responsabilité !.... (Dixit... la responsable.) Ça m à coûte 7,50 euros de bus pour récupérer mon sac dans les temps impartis.... On m àvait fait l aumône de 10 euros de dédommagement pour séjour désagréable, à quoi ça va bien pouvoir le servir ? En tout cas sûrement pas pour un autre séjour.... Si vous avez une idée merci de m en faire part....

Je suis arrivée épuisée et j'ai été très bien accueillie dans une chambre propre mais un peu sombre. Hélas le 3ème jour le voisin a commencé des travaux bruyants et ayant besoin de me reposer j ai demandé à changer de chambre. On m'a donné un studio calme au dernier étage. Mais dans un état déplorable. Imprégné d odeur de cigarette, bas de murs abîmés. Quant à la propreté le studio aurait dû être traité par une entreprise spécialisée. Sol noir de crasse et partout épaisse poussière. N ayant pas le choix j ai décrasser. J y ai passé 1 journée. J ai demandé à changer les rideaux imprégné si d odeur de cigarette, ce qui a été fait. Une femme de ménage est repassée, mais il fallait plus que ça. Encore maintenant d ailleurs. Les aérations sont cassées et noires de crasse accumulée. Malgré tout, je peux quand même récupérer, me reposer, ayant d énormes problèmes personnels à regler. C est pourquoi je prolongé mon séjour, dans l attente d une solution plus adéquate. Par contre j ai l intention de demander une réduction, vu les circonstances.

Lovely Studio Apartment

The location of the property was very good. A short walk across a main road to a pebble beach. It was easily accessible from Nice Airport. A train from Nice St Augustin to St Laurent du Var then a short 15 minute walk to the accomodation. St Laurent du Var has excellent restaurants and shopping including the Cap 3000 Centre. It also neighbours Cagnes Sur Mer. Due to the closeness of the SNCF station it makes it an ideal base for day trips.

This is the most discusting place i have ever rented. The room was dirty and the smell in the room. The floor. The seiling. The horror. The horror. I imagine this is have it fells inside a dumpster. We were two adults and three kids. The to oldest, 10 and 14, couldnt sleep because of the smell. It was horrible. And what to do? We arrived 1845 and the staff split at 19. So there we were! All windows open all night. Baby half eaten by moscitos. The State of this hotel. My god. Lights out outsider the room. Hard to fit Keys in darkness. The floors, the doors. Well this was just adding to the horrible experience. Next morgning: confronting the staff with the smell! Which was still there….. “Well its all fixed by computers so no reduction in price, no nothing: good day. Godspeed!” This is just a discusting place. Keep away!

Preisgünstig in super Lage mit Pool Tennis inklusive. Einen Top Service von den Mitarbeitern vor Ort. Waschen für 5 eur vor Ort möglich (alles inkl. Waschmittel). Unterkunft ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden was nötig ist und man kann auch Haustiere gegen Gebühr mitnehmen. Einziges Manko ist das Supermarkt 10-15 min zu Fuss entfernt ist und mal wieder renoviert werden könnte. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
