We were upgraded to a larger room with a lounge suit around the TV which was great to be able to watch the NRL! The pool needed a clean unfortunately so I didn’t put my head in ! Overall the location was fantastic! Opposite the pub & surrounded by cafes & shops!

Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back here. We recently stayed 3 days here over Christmas and it was perfect. Rooms are spacious, well designed, well lit with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds/pillows, I especially loved how clean the place was and the location is right in the heart of the town center, it couldnt be more perfect!! The lorikeet suite I booked is excellent. Clean, nice with a small outdoor courtyard where we can sit and relax. The food served at the hotel restaurant is good quality and tasty. Although we faced the hot water issue, but the way the hotel handled the issue is very satisfactory. Highly recommend it to my friends and will come to stay next time when we are at Kangaroo Valley.
