Room was not clean, we were charged a $240, only reason why we rented this room was for the jacuzzi tub, and the tub did not work. There was no hot water to it at all. My wife has fibromyalgia so we were only there to relax.The tub was filthy. I went to the bathroom and found a live roach, when we went to bed we ended up having a even bigger roach crawl on us in the bed. We were told they couldn't refund us or even give us a different room since we rented through 3rd party, I will never go there again, I can't believe how bad everything looked definitely nothing like the picture online. Definitely not happy...

There were cigarette burns everywhere. One bathroom had a leak coming from the room upstairs and was completely flooded. The room was supposed to be soundproof, but i could here people yelling and arguing all night.

The room was extremely clean and well stocked. The staff was well mannered and helpful to me and sent a check up on email during my 5 day stay. This place is highly recommended especially for long visits like mine. Simply superb.

Cockroaches, tub didn’t plug, the room was advertised as separate tub and shower, it had a tub/shower combo, went to breakfast 30 minutes before it ended and there were 5 pieces of bread, curtains were dirty, the drawers had some particle board that was damaged in several places

The hotel had a pipe burst in one of the buildings. Asked to view a room before checkin to make sue it was ok. Was advised that they had no cleans rooms at the time. Was asked to come back. Very surprising they had not 1 clean room at 2:50pm. Hotel decor is outdated, smell stale. I ened up canceling the reservation.

We had to check out after a few hours in our room. The room was infested with cockroaches, the smoke detector was covered in plastic, our towels and sheets were dirty, and the room itself was in rough shape. I would like a refund after being conned by this booking.

We were unable to shower due to the water being scolding hot there was no cold water whatsoever you couldn't adjust the water temperature at all we went to the office and reported it they said they would call maintenance no one ever showed up to fix it. I had a 98.11 charge from Days in on my card they said it was not them that it was Expedia, Expedia had already charged me for the room I showed the front desk the charges that were made the one from Expedia and then the 98.11 charge from them they still said it was not them. The phone in the room didn't work i had to use my cellphone to call the front desk they would answer i told them who i was and what room I was in and got hung up on multiple times this was an awful experience never again will i use Expedia or stay at day's in i will go back to reserving my rooms and car rentals directly through the hotels and enterprise. I'm very very unhappy with the 98.11 charge on my credit card and the fact the we were unable to shower.
