Staff good, property archaic, rooms in poor condition. Check in process too long and manual. Inspite of taking deposit we were asked to make payments for in room dining and laundry services. Mixed experience of food - dinner was good but late afternoon lunch was not pleasant experience.

For a hotel close to airport I expected more continental variety for breakfast. The rooms needs an overhaul no plug sockets by bed for instance and looked tired for the price. The swimming pool is in the restaurant so being watched by diners. Staff though were lovely and eager to please.

Excellent stay.
Spent a few hours there before flying back to the US in the early morning hours.
Staff were helpful and the room was very comfortable and quiet. It was spotless and the dinner buffet at the hotel restaurant was superb! Would stay there again.

I stayed at IRA by Orchid for 7 days, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The property is in desperate need of TLC. We faced issues with room cleanliness and extremely low water pressure in the sink. While the staff did eventually move us to a different room after 3 days of complaining, no compensation or apology for the initial discomfort was offered.
Additionally, the breakfast was very repetitive; in a week-long stay, there was zero change to the menu. The biggest disappointment, however, was the staff’s inability to listen to guest complaints—they seem to acknowledge the issue but don't take proactive steps to fix it. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better service and maintenance.

Check in process was pretty easy. Staff was very helpful. They even helped us find a cab at 2 am to get to the airport.
Only thing we found odd was that hotel does not allow outside food, specially if we eat out and have leftovers we should be able to take it to our room.
Other than that hotel was fantastic and will definitely recommend staying at VITS

This review is for hotels.com. For some reason, hotels.com didn’t reserve the room for me. That turns out I have to find another hotel at 2am in India. Moreover, it’s non-cancellable and prepaid. Until now, I didn’t get my payment back and there is nothing for
compensation yet.
