Hot tub was hot and fire place put out good heat! The place was very comfortable for our weekend stay and the proximity to Stagecoach on the NV lift at Heavenly was fabulous! We didn't need the shuttle bc the place was so close. Would recommend staying here again!

The skier express was not working for the majority of our stay. We did not receive an invoice prior to leaving the property because the system was down. I still have not received an invoice despite two phone calls. We stayed in the Plaza building. There were times during our stay that only one elevator was working. Generally, staff were pleasant. There were problems with facility maintenance.
