The service here was phenomenal! The front desk staff was prompt to answer questions and arrange transportation whenever we needed. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Location was walking distance to nearly everything that we wanted to explore in Athens and only a short metro ride if we didn’t want to walk as far. Our room had multiple balconies with amazing views! Also, really enjoyed the restaurant located beside the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located & walking distance to the metro. I walked around day and night sometimes down dark streets & never felt unsafe. If you don’t like graffiti or it makes you uncomfortable, don’t come to Greece. I was not aware there is a code for the hotel front door. I had to ring the bell to be allowed inside. Once at the reservation desk I was greeted by a friendly woman. Check in was easy & I was provided a code to the hotel and my room doors. I didn’t find out there was an elevator to the ground floor till day 4 so I carried my bags upstairs the 1st day & kept taking the elevator to floor 1 and walking down them. No one said anything to me as I walked pass registration everyday. The hotel is pretty quiet. The room & bathroom is a decent size. I wish there was more counter space for my toiletries. The towels were quite rough but replaced daily. The shower door was kind of annoying as placement made it difficult to not bump into the sink trying to get in and out. There was a sewer smell most mornings but none when I would return in the late afternoon/evening. The enjoyed the balcony that was only accessible from just outside my room door. The 1st floor has a lot of areas to relax & have a glass of wine inside and outside which was nice. The rooftop bar is very quiet & a beautiful skyline view of the city. It could use some jazzing up to encourage people to want to go up there. Overall the stay was an ok. It did its job. Thanks!

We recently stayed here for 10 nights. Overall qe we very satisfied. Good points: - the hotel is close to all major amenities - staff is amazing and speak english - good views from the rooftop bar - housekeeping done daily - they do not have a restaurant on site but partner up with a tavern 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is super with loads of choices. - rooms are modern and the bed was comfy. The only negative points we have: - noisy area as its close to a market. - a run down area at the back of the market seems to attract a lot of drug addicts. Even walking past them during the day whilst they hold their syringes. It does not make you feel safe walking at night.
